Im somebody who likes to take their health seriously. I’ve bought all types of strange powders and concoctions from a series of different suppliers. I feel as if, when I take this powder (10% more than serving size in a cup of chicory coffee), I feel slightly more alert, and have a considerably higher sex drive. The taste is very bitter, but at least that makes my breakfast taste comparatively better. It’s a small price to pay for its benefits.

It's not fair to give this vendor anything less than a five star rating, because the package came quickly and great packaging. However, this product might be fine for putting in capsules and saving a little cash, but do not think you will find anything that will cover up the awful taste of this stuff! This is one product that I want to take, but I will spend the extra buddy to get it in capsule form from now on. Period.

This supplement only works for men who are over 30 who have begun to naturally lose testosterone. It helps free up the testosterone already in the body and makes it usable. I’m 41 and I immediately noticed increased strength and stamina. In a week, I was lifting more than I did in my 20’s. Be aware, however, I also became very short-tempered and aggressive. If using this substance, watch out for mood swings. I had to discontinue after a few weeks.

The "serving size" as noted on the package is 1 gram (1,000 mg). This is several times higher than the standard and typical recommended dose of 200-400mg per day. The suggested use states 500-1000mg per day. Even 500mg is higher than the standard dose.

I’m not a vegan, holistic medicine person, or even a fan of a well balanced diet. I do enjoy the effects of the popular Green Lumber supplement. It is unfortunately very expensive. I’ve been trying to replicate the effect using the ingredient list on their website for the past few months. I’ve tried combinations of long Jack, lions mane, etc in pill form. I now realize that it is exclusively this product that gives me the desired results. For the past 2 days I have taken 1g in the morning and all day and night I’ve felt insane sexual energy levels; to the point that I may drop to 3/4g. As an added bonus my workouts have been great too. It comes with a wooden spoon and very loose instructions. If you’re like me, you will want to get a small gram scale that does .01 gram increments. I bought a well reviewed one for about $13 on amazon.

The taste is comes with enormous results. Has more of a strong bran, oaky . . . different taste. I would blend it with something sweet or sour. The results were great. Stamina, circulation and helped with fatigue. Especially me post COVID.
