Nice flavor, a hit with the family!
I lived in Germany for a few years and was really itching for some schnitzel so I decided to try this. While nothing will ever beat being in Germany, the flavor on this was really good. Even my finicky teenager loved it!

The ingredients list is incorrect on Amazon.
The packet received contains hydrolyzed wheat protein as third ingredient. This is not consistent with the picture shown. Stay away if you have gluten issues.

Danger, serious failure to adequately describe item!
I have an allergy to gluten. I carefully read the ingredients listed on the description listed in the web site. There were no gluten ingredients listed so I ordered it. When I received it, out of necessary caution I immediately read the ingredients and there were two gluten items that were included. I rechecked the web site and the actual product’s and they did not agree. For someone like me with a serious immune system allergy this is a very serious problem. I could not even return it since it is a food item. If you have issues concerning ingredients of food items check them very carefully as the Amazon sales process is very inadequate in this area!
