Hands-down best vibration plate!
This is a wonderful tool to enhance your fitness routine!! I bought it in part because of the lifetime warranty (used a cheaper version for a year before it quit, so was looking for a better-made option). I’m so glad I went with Lifepro! Heavy-duty, large platform with ‘4D’ that is seamless to use. Much quieter than my old machine, and packs way more ‘punch’ with regard to the features included. I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been using it daily for about a month and can see increased muscle tone in target areas as well as a significant reduction in fluid retention. I highly recommend this platform for weight loss, toning, pain relief, and a reduction in fluid retention. I’ve found it to be user-friendly and it provides many varied speed and directional settings from the remote I can wear on my wrist (brilliant)!

Two thumbs up from a stiff, out of shape senior
I’ve had this a month now. I’ve used it daily and used two of the three possible movement directions. I have not yet tried the programs. I’m 75, overweight, and not flexible. All the issues seniors face with stiffness and aches and whatnot, I’ve got. This review is for all y'all that are, too. What I’ve found is that it has helped my balance (I’m moving more easily over the yard to get to the car and whatnot), my strength is improving (I’ve carried the large cat-food bags in where previously I had difficulty lifting them), my flexibility increased (I’m easily bending down to pick things up, etc), aches in body and joints (just general aches go away and stay away for quite a while, to my surprise), and my energy has gone up (previously I was too tired to walk to the next room until I absolutely had to). In a month! (I need an extra ! on that). To accomplish this, I’ve stood on it and bent my knees a little (nowhere near an actual squat) for 15 seconds or so, and I’ve got a little 2lb hand weights and still standing on it, I do 4 curls, 4 lifts up and down over my head, 4 lifts to the side. I then turn at the waist (I can only go a small amount around, so far) in each direction. That takes me about 2 minutes or so. That’s it. Seriously, that is all I'm doing. My body feels as if it has worked out for a long time. I don’t quite understand how, but it does. The machine takes each direction up to (iirc) level 60 but I’m only on level 1. Haven’t gotten farther – don’t need to, at least not yet. I started and was on it for just over 1 minute that first time and felt like I’d worked out for an hour. A month later, I’m at 3+ minutes and feel like I’ve really worked out. My body is really responding. I’ve even started using it for 20 seconds before bed because after sitting all evening when I stand up I’m all stiff and if I just lay down in bed I spend an hour while my legs and back object and carry on. That 20 seconds of shaking sorts it all out and I sleep easily without all the leg and back foofaraw. I have a bad back and I was afraid this machine would be a bad thing, shaking me around. Not so. It is better than sliced bread, lol. If you’re a senior like me and you’re debating if you should get it or not due to cost and wondering if it really works, let this review encourage you. Go for it. Worth every single cent. I feel so much better. This gets bonus stars if they had them.

Such a fun way to begin working out after a long hiatus.
Everyone in my family is using this! So I bought a massage gun and have been using it from my neck to my heels and mostly everywhere in between. I used it for about 45 minutes every day, because I have a lot of joint, muscle and nerve pain. I've been using this vibration plate for 3 days now, and today I used it for 10 minutes and my left leg still kind of hurt so I brought out my massage gun and I really noticed that (besides my left calf and ankle) my body didn't enjoy the massage gun as much as it usually does. Meaning, it didn't need the full 45 minutes to feel better with the massage gun. I'm not a profess at writing reviews, but what I mean to say is that I think the vibration plate is helping with my nerve and muscle pain and it will lead to less need from the massage gun. It's fun. My kid is a toe walker and has stiff calves and she is enjoying this machine (at a lower vibration, of course) and my husband has circulation issues and he is enjoying it too. It did make him very itchy while on it and I looked at chatgpt and it said it can affect histamine or something like that, but as soon as he stepped off the itchiness went away. It's just really interesting to see this one machine work in different ways for 3 people. I am definitely excited to see more long term results. It is large, so if you do buy it, make a specific place for it, would be my advice, but also somewhere that will motivate you to use it every day. I was wondering if it would be affected by being put on the carpet, but as long as it's short haired or however you call it, it seems to be just fine. We didn't even start with the mat underneath. It seems to be of really good quality and it comes with a bunch of stuff and a great booklet that gives you ideas of how to workout with it. There's also several videos on YouTube to walk you through a workout on these types of machine. The first day, I did feel a little sea sick but that went away quickly and I haven't had any issues after that. The only slight issue, which wasn't really one, but if I stop in the middle of a workout, I have to pause, turn it off and turn it back on to start another session which really isn't an issue and I haven't tried the bracelet or really felt the need to, but if you like that sort of thing than im sure it will be a plus.

I like it. Motor 2 and 3 need love.
Update: they sent a replacement unit which has been working thus far for 3 months of daily use. Update 2: product died after 12 months of daily use of multiple sessions a day. Reordered a new one Jan 6. This is my 3rd unit of this model and the second I’ve paid for. Update to review/ newer take: Helps a lot with pain. I sleep muuuch better after a few cycles on it. The main motor is strong enough, the 2nd and 3rd motor are weak and don’t do much on their own. It’s a shame because the vibration motor, if it were very strong, would be very therapeutic. The lateral moving motor does go far enough from left to right to do anything meaningful and is also too weak, use higher quality motors that can handle more voltage, cut out all the additional nonsense that comes with the shipped platform (all these stretchy bands, bags and other minimally useful stuff) and refocus that overhead into stronger motors. Sell the other stuff adjacent the product instead of with it. Remove the internal speaker, pretty gimmicky. Reallocate this expense to better 2 and 3rd motors. Remove the flashy built in lights, it’s topical fluff. Reallocate investment to better motors. Unit is very quiet. Motor 1 is decent. 10 run time is too short. No memory button for saved speed (you have to manually roll it back up to higher speed number). The wrist controls are great. [[Loud rumbling after 2 months of daily use. Now the motor smells like burnt plastic and my whole basement stanks. I’m afraid to turn it on.]] Hopefully “lifetime” warranty works… Review: Not terrible when it was working. Annoyingly short 10 minute programs. When it was working properly it was nice and quiet and moderately powerful. I weigh 230 and the unit has been moved almost never. There are 3 motors. The main one is decent. The second one is basically like a buzz but it’s way too weak which is a shame because it could have felt really pleasant on its own merit. The third motor shifts left-right but the distance the plate travels is way to short for it to be effective. Essentially motor 2 and 3 are only really useful as adjunctives to motor 1. I personally think motor 2 needs way more shake to it and motor 3 needs more speed and a wider range of operation from left to right. The unit is easy to move with the wheels and attached band. The watch remote works well enough. The lights during operation on the unit are effective for keeping the ground visible which is nice if you use in a late day low light setting. There is absolutely no reason to constrain operation to ten minutes. Makes me wonder if they did this obscuring poor performing motors. Credit where credit’s due: none of the screws ever came loose. My older unit from a different company- every screw came loose. So gj there. For 450$ I would get rid of all the unnecessary extras you ship with the product that I honestly don’t care about and use more resilient motors. Now that this unit is broken I’m losing sleep and in way more pain. The plug doesn’t fit snugly into the power port.

Awesome product and works well.
This thing is awesome! The first one we got was not functioning properly, so we contacted Lifepro, and they sent us a new one. We didn't even have to return the old one! If you haven't used one of these before, it takes some getting used to, but it works very well, and will give a good workout if you want it to. Very therapeutic, too. Watch the YouTube videos to get some training and you're on your way. Great product and great customer service!

High quality already seeing results after less than a week!
I’m so happy that I chose this vibration plate. I’ve used a less expensive version and this one is definitely worth the price. I’m using it daily and often twice a day. Not exceeding the recommended 20 minutes total per day. I practice yoga every morning and I am able to do several poses on this plate. The size is great the multiple choices for vibration and intensity and the programs you can select keep it fresh. My muscles were sore the first day after adding it to my usual yoga routine. I’m already seeing results in less than a week. My jeans are getting baggy and my circulation is better. I’m 62 years old and have exercised most of my life. I was skeptical about these vibration machines but my dil purchased this one in December and absolutely loves the results and quality of this machine. The lifetime warranty tells you it’s a quality product. Buy it and use it and you will love it!

Very pleased with this. I use it every day
I bought this for the vertical 'whole body vibration" and have been gradually working my way up to the other settings. I love this. I have a lot of health issues, and this works for me. I've had it for about 4 months now. First week, I used it only 5 minutes a day on pulse mode with breaks after 60 to 90 seconds. After a week or two I was using this on pulse mode 90 seconds on 30 seconds off, and worked my way up to a full 10 minute cycle 90-30. Then I started adding more sessions or a few bursts 90 or 60 seconds at different times of day. Now I do at least 10 to 30 min per day, and often forget to do the 90 30 cycles. I also really like the side-to-side linear feature and the preset program p3. I am working my way up to the other programs. When I first bought this, I wished I could make my own program, and wished that it had more programs, but I've done extensive research of the options and am convinced that this is the best and most effective in this price range. I'm willing to accept the minor inconvenience of pressing a button on my remote, because I think this is a great machine at a great price. Speaking of remote: I like the wristband design of the remote. I usually attach it to something nearby at eye level when I'm using the platform. I can easily move the remote to keep it handy regardless of my position while using the platform. the slap wrist design is easy to use and easy to attach to a nearby shelf, and occasionally to my wrist. Sometimes I have to press the remote buttons twice to get it to respond. I would like it to be a little more responsive, but it is not a big deal and it only happens occasionally. I like the beep feature, since it tells me that it has received my input. Another thing they could improve: the layout of the remote panel is different from the control panel on the device. I'd like to see them match up better for simplicity. This is not a big deal, just a point to consider for future versions. I mildly agree with others who said the control panel is a bit sensitive and too easy to step on it and change a setting. on the other hand, I sometimes like that I can press a button with my toe if the remote is not on hand. A con for me is the auto shutoff after 3 minutes of inactivity. I would like it to hold my settings a little longer. Again, I don't mind it now that it is part of my routine. it is just a few presses on the remote to get my settings back, but it may be a point to consider for future versions. This company has put a lot of training videos online and provides a lot of support. They provide lengthy you tube videos explaining how people of any fitness level can use it. This is a wonderful way to get the blood flowing. I am happy I purchased this. I use it several times a day, and plan to do so for years to come.

Post breast cancer and lymph surgery best product I bought!
Love this! It's worth it to get the more expensive one. Very helpful with lymph system after breast cancer surgery and treatment. Had total mastectomy and lymph nodes removed. Also because of chemo I did get neuropathy in my hands and feet. Using the Rumblex helps with the pain and numbness...I feel like it gets more flow into my feet especially.

This is the one to get!
Massively Impactful. Using just vibration mode stimulates the vagus nerve which assists your parasympathetic nervous system and just feels really good, and then the 4D mode engages muscles you didn't know you had. I have recommended this to everyone I know. Whether you want to increase your balance and stability or your strength and muscle mass this is a game changer. Lifepro's customer service is also amazing to deal with, I had an issue with my order and they addressed it immediately and I don't think I have ever had a faster, friendlier and helpful response - a total 10/10 for both the Rumblex Pro 4D AND Lifepro's customer service. Note: the 4D means it has the most directional movement options (up and down, side to side, vibration any any combination of those together) GET 4D!!! Not all brands offer this. Also, the 4D PRO has all sorts of extras that make this one the best all around system ( 4 tension bands , 2 tension straps, 4 resistance straps that simulate weights, 2 non stretchy straps (that help you balance and also engage your arms/upper body when you are standing, which would not happen with out straps), a wrist remote control, foam mat and various ankle straps and handles) as well as loads of online support and community. There is a reason it is not the cheapest. The quality is noteworthy. Of all the ones I researched this one stood out and I am so glad I splurged...I'd do it again without reservation.

Great Vibration Plate
This is a great vibration plate. You have lots of choices for pre programmed or customised vibration settings and speeds. It really seems to have helped my leg discomfort with only using it a few minutes each day. I love that is is a lower profile and I can step on and off of it easily. I also appreciate that Life Pro sends tips, tricks and videos on how to use, different uses etc. when you register your email with them. I have noticed that I have gained balance since beginning to use this which is a big plus, and my legs and arms are getting stronger and I have more energy. I highly recommend it to anyone who may struggle with walking, standing or any form of regular exercise due to mobility issues. I also love the fact that it comes with resistance bands and a small workout mat...really adding versatility to my workout.

110 volts
It’s a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.
