Fantastic for...
.... using a a brush rest - holding paintbrushes nicely horizontal (therefore liquid not dribbling back in to the handle) while painting/creating art. This wood is designed for wet soap so should be fine for paintbrushes and seems so be fine so far.

A nice soap dish made from wood which drains soap efficiently on non slip feet. Clean easily.

It does stop the soap from going soft and thanks to the rubber feet underneath it doesn't slide about.

I never knew a soap dish could bring such joy
Brilliant design, looks amazing and smart. I’m just delighted with my new soap dish - honestly never imagined a soap dish could put such a smile on my face! Recommended. Water drains away and the soap bar remains solid. What a simple and elegant idea.

I like that it helps keep my soap dry, but it doesn't sit very well.
This is ok. It does what it's supposed to, let's my soap drip dry, instead of ending up with a soggy mushy messy lump of soap. It's ok for cleaning, just give it a wipe and scrape under running water.It just doesn't sit very well. On my sink, it slides around. It actually slides off the edge INTO the sink. So currently I have it on the window ledge hanging off the edge so the water drips onto the edge of my sink, where it'll then dribble into the bowl itself.It actually baffled me that "Suction Power" is one of the review criteria. What suction power? That's the worst thing ever on this product.3-Star from me. I'd try others, if I was going to buy more of these.But it's not so bad that I'm going to get rid of them. They're ok....

Beautiful and useful
I’m learning watercolor painting, and recently saw an artist using a marble soap dish with vertical grooves for a brush holder when painting. I looked up a few examples, then noticed these lovely teak ones. They’re gorgeous, smooth, and perfectly channeled for holding a variety of paintbrushes. I also like the rubber feet on the bottom, so they stay put.

Beautiful!
I love these! The first set I got had one that looked almost like Acacia wood. 80% was dark, 20% very light. I didn't like that so I sent them back for a replacement and the second set I got was gorgeous. Love the minimalist design too, soap bars fit perfect and so long as your hands aren't soaked there's not really any dripping underneath.
