Propper Men's Canvas Tactical Pant

Was looking for pants for fall and all around wear . A replacement to jeans which just do not have the pockets I need and soak up water . These are water repellent have great pockets with Velcro . A snap plus waist adjustment and even fit me nice . I am 6 2 198 pounds and purchased the 42 32 . Just the right amount of room for a nice comfortable fit . The belt is simple , and very well made without being confining . With Levi's costing as much these are a great deal and I would even wear these to Church in black with a dress shirt . I do not know what others are complaining about . They look great . Material is a little more poly then canvas but similar to tent material with a tighter weave . Dual back wallet pockets are a tad strange to me but I will get use to them . I put my wallet in the front cargo pocket that seals anyways . My only real disappointment is I like my key ring to allow the keys to sit inside a pocket incase they fall off and this is far from that . I could use one more sealed pocket for my keys but the side pockets are deep so I feel very safe putting keys in them . The waist band gives a solid couple of inches of play and is still snug on tighter waists great for us with bloating and gas causing issues on changing waste size . Very pleased these will replace jeans for me from now on . I see they make shorts too . I have been using Columbia Brewha shorts since they stopped making the cliff lakes model . I will try these . If they ever go on sale I will stock up . Black is very appealing and has clean lines . Very , very pleased and think with the great belt that could be used for many emergency applications these are a fabulous deal even at full retail . I rarely say that . With poly artic winter underwear they would be great for winter . My top snap was very secure .

I've been wearing jeans for a long time, so making the transition to tactical "Dockers" was not one I was looking forward to. The simple fact of the matter is I need more pockets for all my stuff, so the move to these pants was inevitable. Firstly, let me say that these pants are extremely well made. They have the best finish of any garments I've ever purchased, and I've purchased some of the most expensive brands --like Polo, Chaps, etc. Secondly, a lot of thought went in to the design of these pants. All the high wear areas are doubled up on fabric. For instance, the knees are double thickness material. The bottom edge of the pocket openings are doubled up (if you ever have to wear a tape measure all day like I do, you can appreciate this.)The inside of the pockets have pockets! I admit, it's been a little wierd feeling another pocket in my right hand front pants pocket. I guess it's for change to keep it from clinking around when you walk. The back pockets have pockets in them for whatever side you want to carry your wallet in, and you can still stuff your back pockets with tools without grabbing your wallet every time you go for a screwdriver. The phone pocket on the left side is a bit small, I can't get my Droid in it, but you could get a smaller "candy bar" type phone in there, no problem. I just moved my phone down the leg to the next pocket (which is huge). The waistband has stretch areas. I wear a 34/34 in Levi's, but because of some of the other reviews here mentioning that the pants were sized for the stretch, I ordered a 36 inch waist and it fits perfectly. Lots of stretch room, and the snap at the waist is robust and fastens securely. The zipper on the fly is first rate, although a bit stiff when new. Lastly, the finish on the material is really good. The material is like a canvas or a fine duck. Really tough. They look great coming right out of the dryer! There's a crease in the legs that seems semi-permanent. I really like that. And oh yeah...these pants come with their own belt so you don't have to buy one to match. As soon as I finish writing this I'm ordering another three pairs! Hope this helps. ****Update***** These pants no longer come with a belt.

I bought these Propper brand canvas tactical pants before buying the light weight ones. They are made using heavier type material and is probably better for cooler climates. The front left and right pockets are deep and the hand slots angle allows for reaching in even when you are at seating positions. There is a reinforcement tape sewn into the bottom edge of the opening so you can use your clip knife and not wear away the material. The waist band has an elastic band 2 inches wide but doesn't go around the entire waist. The belt loops are positioned three across the back and two along the frontal area so not to impede access to your front pockets. It helps when you are wearing items on your belt. The back pockets are dual purpose. There is a smaller pocket inside the larger outer pocket if you want a wallet there. The larger pocket is DEEP and WIDE. It measures approx 8 inches across the opening to 10 inches deep. Each lower leg pocket has ample room to place items. They are approx 8 inches wide by 7 inches deep. There is a phone pocket located on the left front and it just fits my iPhone 5 with the Lifeproof case. The material is resistant to spills. Liquid just beads and falls off without penetrating the fabric but it breathes so its not very hot to wear. All pocket closures are with Velcro. Not that cheapo type that other cargo pants have. These are military spec. The front closure is a snap with YKK type slide fasteners, very durable. Each pants comes with a 2 inch wide nylon belt with plastic buckle. These pockets are not like BDUs. They expand from the center not from all sides of the pocket. It gives the pants a cleaner look.

Propper quality! I buy only Propper pants and shorts they last 2-3 yrs. Keep in mind this is the CANVAS material it is very thick compared to the light ripstop version. But I prefer them for colder days.

Spodnie sprawdzone na kilku poprzednich egzemplarzach - nie do zdarcia. Śmiało można polecić. Niestety do spodni nie załączono paska, który według opisu oferty powinien się tam znaleźć.
