This knife is absolutely wonderful! I have to admit that I am a knife snob and unless it's from well known, high-end brand I usually won't buy it. I decided to buy this because I was looking for something a little heavier than the normal chef knife but not as bulky and single minded as a clever, and for 22 bucks this was a cheap way to experiment. I have to admit I was more than pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. This knife is hefty, solidly built, and SHARP! Listen to the other reviews when they say this thing is sharp right out of the box. It processes food quickly and efficiently. As I stated it is hefty, but it never feels unwieldy. This is exactly the same knife that you see marketed under a hundred different names and companies here on Amazon, so I'm sure that whatever brand you decide to go with you will not be disappointed. It is a well built, heavy, sharp and wonderful blade that if you maintain will certainly last for many years.

I’ve had mine for three years now and is my favorite knife. Very easy to sharpen. Keeps a great edge. Works great for everything no including scooping up your food!

Outstanding value. Good steel. Right amount of flex to easily follow the bone or remove silver skin. Suitable for in the kitchen or in the field. Comes with a very nice leather sheath. Protects the knife and you! Very, very, very, VERY sharp!! BE CAREFUL and enjoy using the fine knife.

Arrived in good condition with sheath. Sharp and super cool. Please read the instruction carefully, it is made of steel, can rust easily, you have to keep it dry after use and even season it with any Type of oil. I will update my review after 6 months if still sharp and cool I might upgrade it. Overall with this budget, it is super cool and I do recommend it if you are a fan of Taste life and the Almazan guys who cook in nature:) Update: still sharp and in good shape after one year of use.

Great knife. It’s a little heavy. However, once you get used to it -it just cuts very smoothly. Comes with the sleeve protector, easy for travel.

The best general-purpose knife I've ever used, and I've used quite a few high-end ones! The RIGHT size, the right weight, the RIGHT thickness, the RIGHT handle, and high carbon hardness as well. Easy to wipe dry after use. AND it was relatively inexpensive!

本日届き早速開けてみましたが刃が全くついておらず定規のような感じでとても食材を切れるような状態ではないです。 自分で研ぐにしろ荒砥から根気よく研がないといけない状態です。 同じような商品が何個かありますが1番値段が高いですが重さが比較的軽いこちらのナイフを購入しましたがちょっと残念な気持ちになりました。 購入を考えられている方は商品説明にある刃が鋭くというのは全くのデタラメなのでその点注意していただければと思います。

El cuchillo está muy bien trabajando, tiene excelente balance, peso, consistencia, filo, y materiales y acabados que lo hacen sentir sólido y de buena calidad. Corta de forma fácil y cómoda. Solo falta comprobar su durabilidad.

Tengo varios cuchillos, tanto de acampar, tacticos y de cocina soy chef amateur y déjenme decirles que este cuchillo es justo lo que quería. Es bonito, muy filoso de espiga completa con un precio atractivo y ademas de acero al carbón que se afila mucho muy fácil aunque en contraposición si se llega a oxidar; pero solo hay que tener cuidado de secarlo muy bien después de lavar y cubrir su hoja con una muy fina capa de aceite de cocina y listo. Para el uso que es, no podría estar mejor.
