Clean ingredients
Love this brand! This product has clean ingredients and has amazing health benefits. The pills are large and may be hard to swallow for some, but has no weird taste/flavor/smell.

Makes a noticeable difference for me!
I love this product!!! I can always tell when I haven’t taken enough omega 3 for the day; I tend to be more irritable and pessimistic and feel almost like there’s a dark cloud overhead, and those symptoms don’t take long to improve once a take a capsule or two. It makes that much of a difference in my anxiety and depression symptoms! (I do other things to deal with the conditions, but the omega 3 helps the most noticeably over the course of the day).

I’m on my 3rd bottle and I have seen a big improvement in my gut. It’s a little pricey but totally work the extra $$ since it works so well.

Beware that the capsules in this product are VERY large. I could not swallow them and the item is not returnable.
