My review
Like most supplements it generally takes a while before you notice any difference. But, this in combination with turmeric and saw palmetto have definitely yielded benefits for me.

Very good product.
I am two months in, maybe a little longer, time flys. More energy and skin is looking more hydrated. I take it with food and tea in the AM to get my day started.
