Works perfect
This thing works great for my well tank that supplies our house. I put the low sensor about 2 feet from the bottom and put the high sensor right at the top where the tank necks down. When i'm filling it and i hear the alarm go off we cut the well off, then drain a few gallons of water and the alarm shuts off. I'm glad because this allows us to save water and not overflow the tank. The alarm is extremely loud. It is high pitched so the sound doesn't travel super far, but we are about 50 yards from the alarm and can hear it go off, we leave the window cracked to make it easier to hear. At point blank this thing will make your ears ring. I do wish there was an indicator that whenever you first turn the alarm on it beeps one time to let you know the batteries are charged. I wonder about that battery dying one day and we don't realize it, we rely on this to tell us if our tank ever gets too empty. I'll probably end up replacing the battery once every 6 months just to be on the safe side. Well worth the $35.

Perfect water level audible alarm with flashing lights
Works just like it's supposed to do. Works really good very loud audible alarm which can be adjusted with the volume control and with flashing lights. Using it for an a/c by SereneLife Small Air Conditioner Portable 12,000 BTU with Built-in Dehumidifier - Portable AC Unit. Drip or drain line into a 🪣 or waterproof leak proof container, it takes about 5 hours to fill my 2gal container. I have a pool pump which when alarm goes off, I push 1 button on a remote to drain water container outside. Everything I needed to setup and run a/c, I purchased from Amazon.

Added battery/volume test and extended battery life
Seems like it will do what it’s supposed to but I think it could have been better so I upgraded mine. I added a button I can press to test the battery and alarm volume- just wired a button to one of the float’s wires. I also swapped the battery for a lithium battery to extend the life. Note that you can change either float’s high-low function by removing the clip and flipping the float, so you could have two high water alarms or two low water alarms if you want.

Incredibly easy to install and it's a wonderful design.
I use it for my pressure washing business. The alarm lets me know when my tank is full, so I don't have to monitor it, and it also lets me know when I am getting low on water so I have time to rince off any soaps or chemicals. I have been using this alarm for a year now and it has healed up impressively well. Definitely a good deal.

It’s fine
Feels cheap but they work I guess. I don’t like that there are two. It’s loud so that’s good

Easy to install and works well.
I like that the volume control/on-off switch is easily accessible on the side of the unit. The siren is SUPER loud so I set it to about 1/2 max volume. I'm not using the "high level" alarm so I taped that sensor so it would not accidentally be set off. By the way, that sensor can be used to test the battery and/or trigger the siren so you can adjust the volume levels to your liking (without having to fiddle with the underwater sensor.

Working for my DYI project
Bought this to alert me when water level is high enough in my DYI humidifier system when topping off/ refilling. I had to make one electrical modification and added a wall outlet connection (do not try at home, I’m an electrical engineer) because batteries would not last longer than a couple of weeks. So far so good; a true time saver. The audible alarm can be extremely loud at max volume-no way to sleep through it, but I have often forgotten what I was doing and not heard the alarm when in min volume. I’m usually around the house doing other things so my fault there. I now use mid volume to make sure I can still hear it anywhere in my apartment in the event I forget again. Had it for several months now and working like a charm.

Works great. Unclear Instructions.
It works great once you know how to use it. For the two sensors that are attached, one is for the water level dropping too low, and the other is for the water level rising too high. You need to play with float on each sensor to determine which is which. I use the later. Either sensor will trigger the same alarm. For the sensor that determines the water level dropping too low, I wrapped a twist tie underneath the float to prevent it from dropping and triggering the alarm. For the sensor that triggers the alarm for high water levels, I let it dangle at the level at which I want the alarm to sound. The only other complaint is that if you decide to mount the alarm, which is exclusively using screws, when the battery needs changed, you need to dismount it by unscrewing all the screws. You then need to unscrew the back of the alarm to gain access to the battery compartment. Despite the unclear instructions and the inconvenient access to the battery compartment, I would buy it again because it successfully meets a critical need at a reasonable price.

Great Customer Service!
I ordered 2 of these recently for different tanks. One unit worked as expected for a potential high water incident with the flashing led lights and adjustable volume siren. The siren in the second one did not work although the flashing light did. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and sent me a replacement unit that works as expected. So very pleased with their customer service. The sensors and wires needed to go through a stud wall to get to the tanks so cutting the wires made it much easier and required a much smaller hole to be drilled through the studs. Reconnecting the wires is simple and polarity doesn’t seem to affect the alarm function. I like the fact that the siren volume is highly adjustable, the unit can be shut off to conserve battery life if you’re using it for a seasonal sump pump, and it’s relatively inexpensive. Can’t say what the life of the unit or the batteries are at this point. Overall good value and good service.

Cheaply made but probably good enough
I wanted a single (high water) alarm on my septic tank, and this one comes with two sensors--high and low. It's easy to defeat the 2nd alarm, just cut the wire. This device requires a 9V battery--it comes with a cheap dry cell, which I don't expect to last long. I recommend putting an alkaline in right away, because it's not easy to replace the battery once installed--you literally have to unscrew the alarm from the wall to replace the battery. Also there is no test feature to let you know if the battery is good or not when you turn the unit on (perhaps I could rig up the second input in this case, but that is extra work and should have been built in.) The alarm does have a bright flashing red LED and the volume can be turned up to ear piercing at close range so I'm hopeful it will work fine. It's also nice that this unit doesn't require line power, so it can go pretty well anywhere. The magnetic float switches seem to work ok when I tested them. (It's likely this unit would work with any closing-circuit type sensor, but I haven't tried yet.)

Water safety
Fitted in a sump around a swimming pool. Works perfectly to clear the ground water. Light and audible alarm warnings are great.
