Is this the same as goats milk, can i use this for puppies

I was very interested in possibly using this for kittens, but after checking the ingredients it  seems to be made from a base of cows milk not goats milk so I would not use it for puppies or kittens.
Real goats milk is ideal for kittens, because they can digest it more easily than cows milk, but I’m not sure about puppies. 
If you check the Revival website they carry puppy formula and kitten formula made from goats milk… That is all I use now.
