Feels good, looks good, what’s not to like…UPDATE!
Have only had it in use for a couple weeks, but it seems to be exactly as described. Works perfectly and fits the rail we ordered like it was made for it. Time will tell how well it holds up in Florida sun, but it seems to be quite good quality in all other ways, so I’m hopeful it lasts a year or two at least, but I suspect it will be good for 3 or 4. Any longer than that I’ll consider a bonus, and will happily buy a replacement at the price. Great bang for the buck UPDATE Lasted 2 1/2 years before the color faded to the point I decided to just change it out to look a little nicer. Zipper and material was perfectly intact, and probably would have gone another 3 or 4 years but we had company coming and wife thought it looked “old”. Bought the same item, completely satisfied…..South Florida sun tries to kill everything

This cover does not move
I bought a house in 2015 with a pool in the desert near Palm Springs in 2015. I quickly learned that we needed a cover for the handrail for the summer months. The sun is very strong here and a handrail can get really hot and difficult to hold onto from May-September. I have bought a number of covers in the past and some of them have been OK and some not very good. The biggest problem I've had is not about heat but slipping out of place as you try to get out of the pool. I needed a new on this summer and found this unit that claimed to be "non-slip" so I bought one to test it. I am very happy to report that this cover does not slip and gives the user a great grip to hold onto as one, like me, clambers out of the pool. I like how it looks and the claims made for it are true. This is an excellent product that I can easily recommend. The major issue is installing it. It has to be wet and is best done with two people. But it is in place and has not moved a millimeter since we put it in place in June.

Good Product
I have ordered "Koolgrips" brand in the past this brand is slightly smaller making installation a tad bit harder and an extra set of hands is necessary. The zipper pull is smaller than Koolgrips as well, making zipping a little harder also. I ordered eight sets in total and one zipper split during installation. Once installed they certainly look nice and will serve a good purpose.

You must wet them if you want to slide them on easier!
I tried to install them right out of the package and incurred the same problems as others. They are very tight and difficult for one person to install. After trying a couple of times I decided to wet them in the pool. I then proceeded to install them zipper side up. They stretched so much more and placing them zipper side up gave me the leverage and site line to maneuver the zipper and fabric for areas that need more stretching to get them in place. I then twisted them to the zipper side down and the wetness made them easier to twist and adjust the position up or down the pole to get just right. Overall the product is a good quality of neoprene and I hope they last now that they are installed. Good luck.

These Are The Ones You Want
I bought another brand of handrail grip for summer of 2020, and it started fading within the first week after installation. Ended up discarding it after just a few weeks, as it had turned ragged, bleached, and ugly. For 2021, I bought these Comfort Cover grips (one reviewer here reported receiving only one, but I received two, as advertised). They were a little tricky to install (as are most of these grips because of the tight stretch required to align and zip the zippers - patience and determination will get it done). Once installed, the Comfort Cover grips do the job very nicely. The knobby, textured material makes for a firm, safe grip. Now as the end of summer approaches, I can happily report that I can detect virtually no fading of the rich blue color. I expect these will last at least through next summer, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. ADDENDUM: With summer of 2022 now approaching, I must report that the blue color did fade considerably over the winter season. Nonetheless, they lasted through an entire summer (unlike other similar products) and I will now purchase again. At the end of this summer I will remove the covers and store away to see if they remain colorfast for the following summer.

No more burnt hands
We installed this handrail cover in July, 2023. It's gotten a LOT of use, as we are in Florida with a solar heated pool and swim for all but a couple months.. Most of the year, the sun beating on the metal makes access difficult because the handrail is just too hot to grip. This cover is one of the best (and most inexpensive) accessories for the pool, ever. Not easy to install because it's a snug fit, but looser would make it slip and not grip.

Really Nice Cover
We ordered this to put on our inground pool rail at the steps & it works perfect & looks good too. The hand rail gets really hot & this helps a lot!
