does this have sleeves, confused because it say cloak and rob in description?

I no longer own this. The person for whom it was a costume loved it so much I gave it to her. To my recollection, it did not have sleeves and was a true cape.

what is the full length of the robe?

I bought a black one fir a Halloween costume, and though I do t know the exact length I can tell you that it trailed considerably! I cut off about 3 feet and still had plenty to drag behind me!
