OFC Express TV Stand 42 x 14 x 5.25, Black

I got this to elevate my 40 samsung in my bedroom dresser. When lying down the tv was difficult to see through my toes! This gave it just the right height..perfect. Also I expected to assemble the unit but to my surprise, it was fully assembled. A very sturdy unit. The two base openings perfectly fit my cable box on 1 side and my dvd on the other!!

I needed this for a specific application and it worked out perfectly. Having the TV lower does make it more easier on the eyes. One thing I love about this stand is that it came assembled out of the box. The stand looks great and is sturdy. I recommend this product!

Plugs weren't totally in place on one side I used a rubber mallet to hammer them in as sending it back was a hassle as box cumbersome and heavy Using it now Holding up

I didn't need an entire TV stand, just something with a short height, that I could elevate my TV on, and place or media components underneath (ex: dvd player, cable box, PS3, etc.) This item was perfect for what I needed. It's wide enough for my 47" TV, as well as wide enough to fit my media components. It was also very easy to put together. If I had to have a complaint, it would be the open back-end of the stand. I would prefer that it be enclosed with holes for cables to be snaked through, but that's just because I'm picky. The cabling coming out the back is not very noticeable at all. Love this product and would definitely make another OFC item purchase in the future!

We needed a platform for our 60" Panasonic plasma flat screen that would fit our entertainment center and allow us to place a sound bar beneath the flat screen without too much hassle (trying to avoid wall mounting either the sound bar or television). This product fit the bill - relatively inexpensive, good quality, not exceptional, but fair for the price, and designed for the size of our entertainment center and the weight of our flat screen. The stand comes fully assembled, but when I removed it from the box one side panel had broken off from the top. This did not seem to be the fault of the manufacturer, as the construction is sound and the packing seemed designed to protect the unit as much as possible. I suspect that the box was handled a bit roughly in transit and some impact on the end of the box was sufficient to break the side panel. I debated whether to return the unit, but after examining the damage I decided to use "L" braces to repair it myself, since the repairs could be made on the inside of the unit without effecting the appearance of the stand. I also realized that the unit has a center panel to help support the weight of the television - not immediately apparent in the pictures online, but evident on closer examination. Once again, not the fault of the manufacturer, simply my oversight while shopping. However, since the center support would restrict placing the sound bar underneath the stand as planned, and since I was already in "do-it-yourself" mode, I elected to cut off the front few inches of the center panel, leaving enough to permit weight-bearing. I also secured the center panel with an additional "L" brace. None of my fixes created a cosmetic problem, and we now have a shelf for our television that allows us to use our sound bar. My only recommendation to the manufacturer would be to ship the product unassembled. There are few enough pieces that could easily be attached by the consumer, and would help ensure the unit arriving unbroken.

For the price tag, I expected a bit more than laminated particle board. However, the item is solid and was easy to assemble. It holds up my 47" Sony Bravia very well, so no complaints. Thinking I could've hit up Target and purchased an identical item for half the price. Bottom line: Very functional, Easy to assemble, Constructed of cheap particle board, Over priced.

We purchased this stand to go in our large wall unit and raise a 52 in Samsung flat screen. First of all, huge kudos for the fact that it came assembled and ready to use straight out of the box! That made up for any angst I had over paying extra for the black...the other colors were cheaper when I bought this. Yes, it's simple, and particle board, but it looks great - no unfinished edges or joints showing. I looked in stores for a couple of weeks before deciding on this stand, and I still haven't seen anything I like better for the price. It's sturdy and we have it set up just like the pic...satellite receiver under one side, DVD player on the other. Overall, very practical, functional, and serves it purpose perfectly. Would buy again!

This product could not have been more perfect, in construction, appearance, and dimensions, for getting my TV, bluray and cable box nicely placed above the corner fireplace. A little expensive for what it is, but it was also essential and ideal and I would buy it again.
