Wow. This is a lot of product for my simple needs but works well for stewed beef applications. I added it to a Large batch of corned beef and cabbage besides the Usual gratuitous bay leaf and was pleasantly impressed. Because it was a captive audience to a slow-cooked staple, a single pod gifted a completely new (to me at least) flavor that left a deliciously subtle, smokey, pro-savory, ..charm to my dish. Or as the French might say: a certain je ne sais quoi (loosely, a special but intangible something)! Apologies review reader; using je ne sais quoi in a sentence is a repeat offender on my bucket list.
