Confused...the steak knives in black show small serration yet the red set steak knives have large serration. Do the steak knives vary by set/color?

The black set has very small serrations. Just unboxed. I was hoping for totally smooth but thats what I get for not reading closer. Will take to a pro and have the serrations ground down eventually.
