Simpex LED 180 with Build in Battery You can change its light to white or yellow. I have been using it for the last four and a half years and I have not had any problem or difficulty with it. This is a very good product, light weight and on charging once, at least if we run it on 100% light, then it runs continuously for an hour, if we run it with reduced light, then it runs for a long time, it is a very good product. I am absolutely furious with the Simpex RGB light. I purchased it in June for ₹3,200 after reading all the glowing reviews, thinking I was making a solid investment. I felt reassured that it would be a reliable addition to my setup. Gosh, was I wrong! This had no warranty... By August – after barely 3 hours of total use – the light completely stopped working. That’s right, ₹3,200 for just 3 hours! The batteries expanded (a safety hazard, by the way), and the light stopped turning on altogether. I am now stuck with what can only be described as an overpriced, useless brick. This is not just a waste of money but also a massive waste of my time and trust. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The quality of this product is beyond abysmal. Two months of life and barely three hours of use is unacceptable for anything, let alone something that costs ₹3,200. I looked into the warranty, but honestly, why would I waste my time on a product this bad? Even if replaced, I have zero confidence that it would work any better the second time around. I can’t believe I fell for the glowing reviews. How is this product even being praised? It’s clearly all hype and zero substance. Simpex RGB light is a perfect example of a brand prioritizing profit over quality. Please, save yourself the money, frustration, and disappointment. This product is absolutely worthless. Spending ₹3,200 for just 3 hours of use is not just wasteful – it’s insulting. I wouldn’t recommend this light to anyone, not even for free. Avoid this disaster at all costs. Simpex has lost my trust forever. I will never buy anything from them again, and I strongly advise you to do the same. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this overpriced nightmare!

This light is a steal at 2500Rs. It is part of a new set of lights that have hit the market in the last 1 year via china. The first one to hit the market was the Boling P1 and then a lot of copies for the same design were made. Simpex is prob importing these and giving it their name, however, that is a good thing. The chinese variation of this light has a CRI rating of Ra 95+ and R9 of 90+. The box comes with two cables, a hot-shoe mount, three light diffusers (Blue, Yellow, white) and a pouch. The max brightness is at 4000 to 4100 Kelvin and the battery life is amazing. At 5500k 35 percent brightness the battery lasted for over 3 hours. The charging process for the 4000mah battery took 2 hours and 25 mins to finish. Buy this without a thought as long as the price is below 3k.

Very well built(metal body) with good battery life. I have used this as a light for 4hrs once at medium setting it did not heat up at all , not sure how the battery life will change as it gets old but for now all seems to work well and good i am happy with this product. Note its not RGB colors only white to warm white(sunset color). I just use these so its fine. The light is also flicker free. It does come with 3 filters which is good to play around and also softens the overall light output. Overall for the money you pay its really good.

Product is good but 30 sec hi on rehne k baad ye bht jada heat ho rha h ...is it normal or some problem in this?

The features are cool but limited. As they are offering dynamic range of RGB so it can match your perfect choice. Although battery backup is little low and it can be enhanced if you adjust brightness. Temperature control is also cool. And for the last part it is hot for for your pockets in words it's much more expensive than it's built quality I guess anybody can build same box in around 1500Rs. Also it overheats over time. I received a product with scraches on it so, I'm replacing this one. If you are photographer or videographer this product might be the best for using it as key light or fill light.
