Works Well ....a great replacement for a broken awning
Found this replacement after I broke my bracket. Shipped in no time and was a perfect fit........now time to head back to the patio under the awning and snooze in may favorite chair.....

The part that holds the awning up
Hubby had to watch a youtube video made by a lady which he said was awesome and really helped in him replacing the awning rafter rivet. He said it was easy to install after watching her video, but would be lost without watching it. The part itself is very sturdy and feels better than the OEM part that broke off which apparently is quite common in my research. I gave it 4 stars for price since other places are a little cheaper than Amazon, but I went with Amazon due to its awesome return policy in case it didn't fit.

Perfect replacement for the A & E (Dometic) manual awning
Was just what was needed to replace my old cracked part. Fit just as good as the factory unit and was a ton cheaper than buying the entire rafter. Great shipping as well (Thanks Amazon!!!!!)

Great replacement part! Great price!!
Fixed my broken awning in less than 5 minutes!! Perfect part and so much cheaper than going to a local camping store! You do have to drill out the rivets on the old part and rivet the new one in it’s place, but it is so easy to do! And you can pick up a simple riveting tool for under 5 dollars! Win win!!

Nice part but you will need a punch.
Well made and a great replace ment. Just a thought but including a one time use punch ( basically a cheap one ) would have been nice but for me I have a set. Or sell one separately with a link to buy it. In any case works great and not a hard install by any means.
