The Real Deal
Purchased for labeling hot sauce bottles. Really good results for 400 hot sauce woozy bottles (took 2.5 hours of labeling in total). Minimalist instructions and a slightly annoying label-swap process - you have to unscrew both ends on the flywheel, remove the whole cylinder, which makes replacing it with one hand holding the thing together and aligning the rubber belt an Olympic-level office sport. This one small bug aside, the whole thing works *really well*. Things stay aligned to where you put them, adjustments are easy, the two hex keys are standard sizes, and the results are both efficient and awesome. A few quick notes I wish were in the one page instruction manual: you will want to take a picture of the demo label roll on the device so you know how to set it up when you put your label roll on. It makes knowing which side of which roller to put it on that much easier. Also: priming the tension on the handle is important too - get a 12”-18” length of your label roll clear, wrap it around the handle 1-2 times and roll until it catches (or use a sticker). As with most things like this most errors are user errors, but as long as the label roll and used roll are in alignment all the way through the process, your labels will apply evenly and level. The weird “guide wire” thing is just that - a visual indicator for where to stop turning the handle when your labels are fully applied (trial and error on your part to find the right spot). Finally it’s important to remember that every piece is adjustable. Your label thickness and type will mean you may have to make micro adjustments to the blade angle (where the labels peel away from the sheet) and any number of other small adjustments on the first run. It took me about 20 bottles to get a good rhythm going with no surprises. Well worth the purchase.

Zonepack P50 is good value for the price.
I bought the upgraded Zonepack P50. I received package promptly and in excellent condition. I only had to fix the handle and set the height for the bottle holder and the labelling machine was ready to use. Instructional video on Sellers platformwas quite helpful. Tested the machine with 2 empty bottles of different sizes, using label provided and I had no problems with its operation. Labels stuck on nice, smooth and straight. 'Will post another update when I get my final labels all set up and fixed onto my product bottles. Maybe a 5 star rating may be required then. In all I believe the Zonepack P50 is good value for the price.

A great and well built machine
My first thought when receiving this labeling machine was at how well built it is. The quality is outstanding and rugged. It's so great to see something this affordable that is almost entirely built of metal, with a few plastic bits where it makes sense. As far as the design and usability goes, there are a few quirks and things that could be done better. Changing the roll of labels and adjusting for a different sized container isn't all that pleasant. I regularly label bottles of three different sizes - setting the machine up with a new roll of labels and sizing it for a bottle takes about 5 minutes. It's not the worst, but I do wish it was faster and easier. That said - once you get switched over, it runs like a champ. The solid build quality keeps things exactly where they should be. I just did a few thousand bottles without a single error. Overall, a huge value for the money and a great machine for small businesses.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU LABLE ONLY ONE SIZE OF CONTAINER OVER AND OVER
I tried being patient with this device but it does not label evenly under the best of circumstances. If you change the sizes of containers you label this machine will not pass mediocrity. I attempted to use it to label 10 different size candle containers. The time I spent making corrections was twice as long as it took me to label 40 containers by hand and that did not include the machine eating up labels and failing in other areas along the way. You have been warned!

Good product.... sturdy built, and worth the price
Actually sturdy built, and works much better than expected! This is a great low cost option for a small business. Bought one for my partner and she actually cried with happiness when she saw how well it worked.

Looks like the pic
I can honestly say it looks like the pic, used test labels and all. Pleasantly surprised I didn't have to do any assembly, but that's because there were test labels already loaded and used. From testing things work ok. The blade isn't in the greatest condition and could use to be replaced. About every 5-10 labels the paper starts to snag and then eventually tears. This means the used paper has to be unwound and then re-fed through and realigned. Kind of kills the momentum. :-( The price would be reasonable if new, but feel it is a bit over for being used.....at least what the price was when I purchased. I wanted to purchase another, but will have to use it more. For a used, if was half the cost I would purchase a second.

Great Hand Operated Labler
A great labler for a small batch operation. Had it up and operational in minutes. Found I did not need to use the spring roller for these bottles but might need them for my 1 oz bottles. When the pressure roller is down w no bottle present it knocks the bottle placement screw and the next label indicator out of adjustment, So either keep it up or store it with a empty bottle on the machine. Took the spacer nut from behind the bottle placement screw assembly and replaced it with a rubber faucet washer on both sides of the assembly. Allows me to tighten and secure the screw and keep it in position. I would recommend it for any small batch business. In fact I will probably get a second machine to set up for the 1 oz bottles.

Waste of my time
I bought this to save me time, then spent 5 hours watching video after video on how to set it up, and nothing worked. The label scoots around and won't hold tight, making it go on crooked. The whole point of this machine was to get the labels on straighter and faster. Very disappointed. Now I have to deal with packing it up. They sent me an email that they wanted to help me figure it out, but I don't want to waste anymore time. Very annoyed.
