We use this drafting chair in a professional office environment where adjustable height and mobility are required. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair was ready for use without issues. The height adjustment works well for taller desks and workstations, and the chair rolls smoothly during daily use. The mesh back provides good airflow, and the lumbar support offers adequate comfort for extended work periods. Overall build quality is solid, and the chair has held up well in regular business use. This chair meets our needs for a functional and comfortable drafting chair in a professional setting.

Being disabled, I need a chair while in the kitchen. Regular desk chairs are too low, causing me to burn myself, or have water run to my elbows because I am too low. This drafting chair changed everything for me. I can easily & safely reach the stove knobs without burning myself & I sit up high enough that water stays in the sink. It is very lightweight, making it easy for me to move around, or move the chair out of the way. It is sturdy & keeps the desires height locked in place with no "slow sinking" that other desk chairs can have. I am so, so happy I bought this chair & can fully enjoy my kitchen again. If you need a chair that can keep you up higher than a desk chair but isn't heavy & bulky, this is that chair. Will buy from this seller again when the time comes that I need another chair!

Easy to put together..I got this for my draft table.. I love it. It was the right height. I wish it had more comfortability — lumbar support or a bit more padding in the seat. However, for this price. It has proved to be a good purchase. I can always get additional padding. Rolls smooth and the foot bar is adjustable.

This is a pretty comfortable chair overall. It rolls easily, has good cushioning and back support. My only negative is that it seems to have just a slight forward lean instead of sitting perfectly level. There's really no way to correct that either. I find myself having to scoot back in the seat every so often. Fortunately, this isn't a chair I have to use all day, every day, otherwise I probably would go for something more comfortable - and probably more expensive.

UPDATE: Nov 29, 202: Well, at full depression, it did not fit in the kitchen desk well and the rollers kept banging in the cabinetry leaving scuffs. I moved into into the computer gaming/exercise room and let my older son use it. It seems to work fine for him although it still tilts to the left as mentioned in the original review. As mentioned, this is a very average office chair but definitely not a draft table height chair. ____________________________________________________ The adage about getting what you pay for could not be more correct with this drafting chair. Let me breakdown the pros and cons of this plastic and foam product. Pros: 1. Cost. It was very low cost. I paid $73 including tax. 2. Assembly: Instructions were IKEA level - pictures and arrows with very few words or complete sentences. 3. Organization: I have to say, I was pleased with the labeling and parts box (see photos). Instead of a bag with a mix of bolts and what not with the instructions saying to look for such and such a bolt (x4), they included the assembly bolts and allen wrench in a box with labels. 4. Ergonomics: Adjustable footrest. Cons: 1. Cost: It was built with a target cost in mind, which is logical and I understand. Just go into this with your eyes wide open - don't expect anything above WalMart or Target-grade materials. 2. Ergonomics: It doesn't quite sit high enough for my drafting table - it's short by about three inches so you feel a bit like the young child at the restaurant with the table that comes up to your shoulders. 3. Adjustments: The footrest uses a plastic collar with a screw for tension so I'm not sure how long it'll last. Additionally, the seat back is fixed and reclined to about 30 degrees which is too much for an office/drafting chair. It's probably better suited to a gaming setup. At full extension (seat all the way up), it tilts to the left by about 10 degrees. 4. Setup: If you look closely at the photos, you'll note that the bolts are held in by metal sleeves which will back out if you over-tighten the bolts. Turn the bolts only until they stop and do not force them. In construction like this, it'll be better to re-check and re-tighten vs deal with a stripped sleeve that's been backed out of the plastic. 5. Quality: As you can see, the five-spoke base is plastic. We'll see how long it lasts. So, there's my initial impressions an hour after setup. I may depress the seat all the way down and use it for the computer in the kitchen vs my drafting table. I'll update the review after a few months of use.

This chair was a game changer for me! I work from home and have owned an electric sit/stand desk for 3 years now and haven’t found a chair that allows me to go from sitting to standing with such ease! This chair sits comfortably at the perfect height and when I want to stand I just gently have to push it back...no hard pushing, picking up and manually moving chairs ever again. It has great support and I have a really bad lower back! It’s footrest is comfortable but I still have a stool under my desk for added support. I really love this chair...the only thing I could find slightly questionable is the footrest seems like if I put to much weight on it over time it could come loose or break...it is adjustable and no matter how hard I tighten the knob it still seems wiggly. Other than that.....this is an overall amazing chair! Affordable too!

I do not like that I have to at least give this chair a one star in order to leave a review. I would not suggest anyone purchase this chair. I purchased this chair for my classroom, I am a teacher, (August 25th) because I was having leg surgery (October 10th of 2026) and it would benefit to have an extra chair on the other side of the room. I came back from surgery (October) and the bolt slipped through the foot rest and bent it. So last week (one of these days January 20th or 21st) part of one of the wheels came apart. This chair was a waste of $62 and I can't trust the chair, so it will need to be put in the trash.

Put this together for my wife to use in her classroom. Easy to put together. I took a spin on it to make sure it was sturdy. Seemed like it was good quality. She's been using it for a few months now with no complaints. Fits well under her desk and rolls easily.
