Very good rice flour
I buy this as it is great to use it to shape my sourdough as it is not absorbed into the loaf but stops it from sticking to the pan/paper or bread sling, nice large bag lasts a while.

Good gritty flour for banneton
Used in banneton to prevent sourdough sticking. Works well with rattan and wood pulp bannetons. I do not brush off baked loaf and does not impair flavour.

Fantastic!
My daughter is Coeliac, so if I want to do fried chicken, or any oriental dishes that require some kind of coating or batter rice flour is my new best friend. Mixed with some corn flour and after the chicken has marinated in some flavouring, I just add a beaten egg to the chick and mix it around, then roll the chicken in my flour mix (seasoned or unseasoned) and fry or deep fry. Perfect crispy batter coating. It can even be used to make cookies apparently, that one I will be having a go at soon as well. Will be buying this again when I run out. Putting 3 stars for flavour, not because it's no good, but because there really isn't much flavour to this as it's rice flour, but add spices to it and it's wonderful and light.

Where to buy it. My local supermarkets don`t sell itI
I use this to make shortbread in my chocolate caramel shortbread. Ifind it makes a difference . The shortbread is much nicer
