I absolutely love it great quality good stitching and smells good! It helps painful areas such as neck! It hold heat too!

It does heat up and feel nice but the smell is overwhelming and horrible and makes me feel sick! It smells bad!! Yuck. I get the worst headache and feel nauseous. Update - I immediately heard from the seller after writing this review. She was so kind and caring and offered me a full refund. She said the odor was from the fresh seeds and would dissipate with usage. I am extremely sensitive to smells, much more than most people. I can't be around any perfumes. Everything else about it is great. It is well made and the weight is perfect and the materials soft. (I'm very fussy about textures too.) It does heat up nicely in the microwave and felt heavenly to my sore neck.

This heating pad works really well and has become a regular part of my routine for relieving shoulder tension and easing headaches. It heats up quickly in the microwave, retains warmth for a good amount of time, and contours nicely around the neck and shoulders for targeted comfort. That said, even after dozens of uses, it still has a noticeable smell, not overpowering or unpleasant, but definitely still there. It hasn’t been a dealbreaker for me, but something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to scents. Perfect weight and works great for me and my husband. Stays warm long enough but may heat it up a few times during its use. Relieves aches and pains.

I have used multiple times every day for weeks and still has great smell when heated. Fabric is soft and not showing any signs of use. Wraps around neck and holds in place nicely to provide even warmth around entire neck.

I bought this neck warmer for my wife because we had repeated issues with the quality of the stitching on another brand, it was letting the flaxseed leak out and required constant repair. We were impressed with the quality manufacture of this product, as well as its feel, but like some others found the burnt odor intolerable (she has high sensitivity to smells). To provide the heat she needs on her shoulders, the recommended 1:40 period in the microwave is too little, yet exceeding it burns the contents inside.

Good quality. 90 seconds to heat well. The lavender scent is comforting. I wear it around aching shoulders, or it’s long enough to wrap around my neck and head/eyes. A good gift in a Spa Basket.

I have suffered from painfully tight neck and shoulder muscles for years. Really suffered! I take prescription muscle relaxers and pain pills, use CBD pain cream, and I've allowed myself to be shot up with botox every three months for many years. But I haven't gotten the heat part right until now. I've tried heating pads, which won't contour to the are enough for the heat to do any good. I tried an electric heat pad that wrapped around my neck and shoulder area, but I had the same problem of getting good contact and heat transfer because it was made for larger people than I am - and it covered so much area that I seriously overheated. Then I bought a little pillow you put in the microwave, which contoured but didn't stay in place. Then someone told me there are weighted products that go around your neck, which lead me to this product. When I saw the photo, I got my hopes up because the "twin tube" design goes up the side of your neck aways, which is one of the places that I have pain that's hard to get a heating pad in contact with. Then it goes down over the shoulders, where I have a ton of pain. It covers the whole painful area without roasting me! It feels so great on my poor muscles. It stays warm for a while, but if you want it hot hot, you need to reheat it repeatedly. I don't care. This thing rocks! It also looks good, and the medium blue is a nice color. It has a pleasant smell, almost like grain. The fleece side feels nice against my skin, and the product would also work to warm you up if you're chilly. I'm going to tell my doctor about these! If you suffer from neck pain or pain on the top of your shoulders, give this a try. You'll be glad you did.
