Great product. Poor packaging.
The media could not be loaded. The frame and picture look great! Down side is that the package consisted of only a plastic wrapping of the picture in a thin card board box. The box was in a shipment bag with absolutely no fragile markings or soft material. As soon as I picked up package at my door I knew it was shattered.

Cool item but spelled Vanderbilt wrong.
Like the item but in the scoring results section, Vanderbilt was spelled incorrectly.

Broken Glass
I purchased this item and when it arrived the glass on the frame was broken into a thousand pieces. I couldn't return the item because I had to give it as a gift. I ended up having to have glass cut and paying more money foe this product than was expected.
