Malfunction after 6 weeks of use
Bought December 15, 2025. Now 2 months later phone is faulty!! The touchscreen is malfunctioning intermittently! The phone opens apps and initiate actions without being touched. This has happened multiple times over the last two weeks and now I cannot replace the phone or have any kind of replacement because the window they gave me was on the until January 31 so I’m really unhappy!!

Nice, but detiorated fast
Was a nice phone. bought mainly for the camera. unfortunately that has massively deteriorated. it doesn't focus the same at short distance and its all jumpy when refocusing in videos, so your videos jump about. basically useless camera. will not purchase refurb again. It also periodically stalls or glitches. sometimes barely noticeable, othertimes you have to restart the app. It takes about 6 months for the issues to show. Struggle to contact anyone other than amazon automated assistant which just puts you in a loop, but still trying
