Excellent repair kit
Was gifted some junk(or so I thought) wicker. I would normally throw stuff like this away quickly because it took alot of storage space and was unusable but it came from my sister in law and the bones were good. Finally took some time to search for a proper repair kit and this was it. Took my wife and I about an hour &1/2 to finish. This really is a 2 person job using a tape measure, utility scissors and most important, good size vice grips to quickly attach clips. Very nice kit, easy to use with the right tools and a helper

Fixed a whole set of chairs!
This product worked perfectly! My husband used the old, worn tape to figure the length of the new straps- cut them about 1/2” smaller than the old- then installed the clips, easily with vise grips. Installed the new straps and now all four chairs and love seat are like new!

Fixes just about anything you need
I repaired lawn chairs and a sagging dog bed/trampoline with this, and had plenty left over. Make sure you have an anvil or Vice to successfully lock the clips in place. I had a piece of railroad track and it worked great. I repaired six chairs and a dog bed and had about ten feet left. Well worth the price, for an easy and effective repair.

A lot of elasticity in this material but used it on a couch and it seems good and hopefully will hold up

Very easy if you have a bench vise.
Careful measuring and my bench vise made easy work out of replacing the stretched and worn straps on the cushion supports in a couple of wicker chairs I repaired. I used #8 screws to fasten the straps to the metal frames. They look and work great.

Stretchy
We wanted to replace the straps on a wooden rocking chair. This strap was the width we needed and showed the clips that was used previously. Cut and fit into the support slots as shown, but within a week the straps became looser. Unfortunately, over the month the seat is starting to sag and becoming uncomfortable. Not as I expected from reading the advertisement.
