Sturdy and Bright
Of all the lights we have tried over the years these are a standout for brightness, holding a charge and headband fit. We are only now having to replace these headlamps after 6 years due to broken bands. The lights still function great. 10/10 recommend.

Best headlamps I've owned
I'm an outdoors person spending a lot of time camping, fishing, hunting and river guiding. I put my headlamps through a lot of punishment. I've purchased two sets of these in the past few year and love them. They recharge easily with a solar charger or backup battery. They will work for up to 4-5 hours on a single charge and the on/off button design means they seldom come on in my pack. I did have an issue with one lamp where after a couple years it would no longer charge. I took it apart and found the USB port wiring had become damaged. Like I said, I put my gear through a lot of abuse. Having said this, I've never had any other brand of headlamp more than a single season before tossing. Others regularly comment on the brightness of my headlamps and how long they work between charges. The fact I can recharge them has more than paid for the lamps in the first few weeks of use, and I do not have to carry sets of spare batteries, reducing weigh when backpacking. Note on the motion feature - I do not find this overly useful, but I haven't found a practical use yet for the feature. When in motion detection, large bugs (moths) or tree branches can turn off the light. I find this rather annoying when working my way through the woods or down a mountain trail at night.

A Superior Value For A Strong Trail Running Headlamp
The TINMIU Rechargeable LED Headlamp Flashlight, 2-PACK 1000 Lumen Super Bright Motion Sensor Head Lamp is a superior value for the low price. I would not want to be in the premium headlamp business and see this headlamp come on the market! At this price for TWO headlamps, it is the best value available. Yes, I own a premium headlamp (won't mention the manufacturer) and I suppose if you are a big brand name person and want to flaunt how much you spent, you might prefer to wear on of the expensive lamps around. Setting aside cost for a moment; In terms of light intensity, adjustability, modes, battery life, etc., I am indifferent between the high cost lamps and the TINMIU lamps. But I paid $100 less for TWO of the TINMIU rechargeable lamps. The only drawback to the TINMIU is that you have to recharge it - the expensive brand name rechargeable lamp I have came with a battery pack alternative, in case you prefer to use batteries, or you need an alternative to charging. But wait. There is more! And it is a big more. The TINMIU lamps is made with an LED readout on the side of the lamp that shows the level of charge. This is a very important feature. Simply turn on the TINMIU lamp and you can instantly see how much battery is left. This is key in preventing a run in the dark when your lamp begins to dim a few miles in because you failed to recharge it. I don't know about you, but when I finish a run, I turn off my lamp and throw it into my running gear bag. The next time out, I have no idea how much charge is left. This TINMIU feature prevents that mid run no charge left problem. And with two lamps, there is no excuse not to have at least one of them fully charged at all times.

Can use for multiple applications and very bright
I originally bought these for camping, like to use when having to go to the bathroom at night and such. Ended up using them more than expected around the campsite due to a campfire ban (no light at night!). We used one of them to light up a table to play cards at night by hanging it by the strap over a water bottle and shining it on the table. Worked like a charm. The fact that you can tilt the light is also very handy for this and for when you are wearing it. There are several modes and one lights up a pretty large area. It's impressive. I was glad however that there are 2 in the package because I didn't find that the charge lasted terribly long. It was honestly probably because we used them at full strength for a long-ish period of time. Another activity that we have found a use for these is putting one around my dog's neck when we take him for bike ride/runs at night. We use the flashing red light for that. One thing that I wish these had was an indicator telling you when they need to be charged. I did notice that they start to dim when the battery is dying, but it would be cool to have like a little warning light on the side or something. Just a thought.

A brilliant headlamp to light the night
My last favourite headlamp failed to make it home from a trip to timberline, so I ordered these LED WunderLites to again see in the dark. And boy, does this headlamp do the trick for these aged peepers. The claimed lumens seems accurate: 1000 for the spot, 800 for flood (compared to bicycle headlamps. I sadly have no LumenOmeter laying about). They shine More than enough light to illuminate the trail for hiking or riding or or keep the tent bright enough for reading or knitting. I’m old enough to remember packing 8 extra AAA to fit in a huge pack on the back of the strap, producing far less light for far fewer minutes, weighing down even a sturdy neck. This headlamp charges quickly and the ease of switching to lower lumen/power modes is much appreciated. I’m not a fan yet of the motion-activation, but I think it will become a valuable feature when winter’s mitton-clad hands become the norm. 72grams push this headlamp into the lightweight category, an unexpected bonus for all the features it has.
