Good supplement to treat / prevent low vit d. Chewable. Good taste.

I've been taking D3 for a few years now and like several other reviewers, I began taking k2 as soon as I learned (and verified through published, peer-reviewed studies) about how they work together. This combination has been convenient and easy to take. There definitely is a small mood benefit, noticeable when I run out or accidentally miss a few days. My hair is the longest it's been in about 15 years, but I also take biotin and pantothenic acid, so it's difficult to say where the benefit lies in that combination. Do take this when you wake up, as it can definitely wreak havoc on your sleep schedule if you take it too late in the day. The one issue I have is that it is the same size, shape, and color as two other capsules I take (including pantothenic acid). They could be easily confused for another supplement if I'm not careful. A vegetarian marking on the inner wall of the capsule to indicate which supplement is inside would be a really helpful thing. If needed, including a statement on the bottle about the marking to help those who have difficulty seeing fine print may also be beneficial. A (tested safe) colored dot matching the cap or a printed color code may be easier than text as well. Having some way to tell these mystery white supplement capsules apart would definitely make things even easier.

These are an easy way to get these vitamins and the quality seems better than other brands as they seem to absorb better. They taste good to. I need to order more.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that the D3 and K2 are combined. I used to take two different pills. The capsules are not too big at all. I had tried 3 other brands of D3 which were tiny liquid capsules. I would occasionally bite into one of the pills only to find out that many of them were empty of any liquid. I can see that the capsule are full and that I am not being short changed. I put 5 stars for taste but they do not have a taste since you swallow them.
