Came back for two more pair - sturdy, WARM gloves for winter work
These are really nice, very durable winder work gloves that I solidly recommend. My girlfriend and I work outdoors on our small ranch and in the wintertime you need to have that combination of durability and warmth in a glove. These are perfect for winter work. I bought a pair and my girlfriend wanted them! So I bought two more pair so we could have an extra pair in the truck. PROS: genuinely warm - we've used them down to 10 degrees F in 20 mph wind. genuinely durable - I've used them for shoveling, using snow blower, even using an ax to chop wood in cold weather. CONS: this is porous leather so these might not be good for wet mud and/or working with oily parts. The leather will soak up wet mud and oil.

When You Want Your Hands Warm But Don't Want Them To Sweat
I work an open dock, so I'm exposed to the elements every day of the week. Winters can be pretty hard on the hands. I bought a pair of cold weather Carhartt gloves and after just 3 hours of work I took them off to find my fingers wrinkled like they were soaking in water for too long. The liner also turned inside out when I took them off, so it was sort of difficult (or a PITA) to get my fingers back in place after taking them off. They were warm, just a pain to put back on, not to mention the finger wrinkling. Anyways, didn't happen with these gloves. My hands were warm enough, and when it was time to take them off they slipped off without a problem. Putting them back on was easy as pie. No scrunched up liners getting in the way. I have these gloves on a "shopoing list" so I can order them again and again whenever I need them. They are the perfect winter gloves in my opinion.

Decent gloves
Used these 2 winters now for jockeying trailers around at night, seem to be warm enough to crank landing gear or slide tandem even in the wet, not good for dexterity work. Good price point. As far as waterproof they are resistant, if you're always in rain for hours ,I would look elswhere, but ok for jumping in and out of the tractor and grabbing a cold wet handle. Leather finally wore through a week ago. It's ok winters over and 18 bucks gets another 2 years

Thick, warm, dry, not good for folks with long fingers
These gloves are thick, warm, and dry. Ive had them in light rain and snow and they have held up against that no problem, had completely dry hands. My hands are also very warm with just these, no glove liner, in as low as 10 degrees. The thickness makes them great for rougher tasks, handling chain rope, etc but you will be hard pressed to perform very dexterous tasks with these on. I have short fingers in relation to my palms and I can never find gloves that fit quite right, but these are about a good a fit as I could hope for. If you have the hands of a piano player, keep moving. Also, if you wear a watch, you should consider taking it off while wearing these. There is not much room around the wrist with the cuff on these.

Used these for snow removal. They are better than I was expecting.

Warm, easy to put on.
Warm down to 10F so far. Water resistant, a couple of stars off for durability. Not sure if I snagged it on a fence or what but already have a hole in the wrist. Really like the cuffs which make these easy to pull on, and keep the snow out of my sleeves. When the hole gets too big, I'll give these another try with a new pair.

Not the same as they used to be.
Ive been buying these gloves for many years and they have slowly lost the quality in the manufacturing process. They rip at the seams a lot faster and the leftover material from the cutting of the the fabric interferes with your fingers. I haveborderd the same size for the past 10 years and they are a lot more stiff. Not a fan anymore. 😕

Sturdy warm gloves that hold up to farming!
We’ve ordered 3 pairs of these gloves for farm work and love them. They have lasted up to two years, so far….which is amazing for what we put them through! Would recommend these for warmth and sturdiness

Great for when you need high water resistant full leather insulated gloves.
Excellent quality gloves that are both waterproof and well insulated with good dexterity. They take a little while to loosen the leather up but afterwards they are great. I have medium/large skinny hands and these fit perfectly, my hand span is roughly 8 inches from pinkie tip to thumb tip spread out as far as possible.. my hands and wrists are relatively medium size though at 2 inches wrist width by 1.5 inches tall. So average size i guess? I work with liquid nitrogen all day, which is -196 degrees Celsius and also will absorb into non waterproof material. I lift the dewars full(60 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day with these and have frequently have the nitrogen poured by accident on these. They keep my hands warm, dry and the look like new after 6 months(little bit of dirt though)!

These rock 🤘🏼
I work in southern Alberta outside all day and this is the best glove for winter Ive tried. The cuff for warmth is a huge kicker and the water proof, more resistant, but still very effective make it great for working up to -20 so far

THESE GLOVES ARE JUST O.K.
I recently gave the WELLS LAMONT Men's Lined HydraHyde Winter Leather Work Gloves, a test when I spent three hours cleaning my, and my neighbours, snow. They were just O.K. Based on some of the reviews I expected my hands to be "toasty warm" throughout the whole time outside with my snowblower. My hands didn't freeze, but they were not as warm as I was led to believe. In fact after a short period of time cleaning snow they were fairly cold. On the plus side these gloves appear to be well made, and should last a long time.

Good
The size and quality isn’t quite as good as the other gloves I bought of this brand but I’m happy with them.
