Easy to take
I purchased this product as due to a past medical condition my doctor recommended I take Vit D supplements and I chose this one as the liposomal form is supposed to have a higher absortion rate. This product is easy to take as it's liquid and has a slightly sweet taste and at 4000 IU it's a higher dose of Vitamin D

Easy to consume
Purchased this for an elderly relative who struggles to take tablets. Having been trapped indoors for close to a year, vitamin d levels have depleted and she was feeling unwell and suffering backache. A sachet a day has made her feel so much better in herself and no longer has back pain. It tastes pleasant as is or can be mixed with juice or water. Very good value for money and effective.
