this thing was useful from day 1!.....especially for someone who has never used a MAC OS. Most things are pretty easy and just require common sense from those of us who have been exposed to the OS world over the years/decades but some of the simple things can be very frustrating when they just do not do them the same way as you've always done them with windows. all-in-all the MAC is AWESOME and this find on Amazon was too!

It's so sad to see Apple go the way of Microsoft and update its operating software every 15 minutes. I just want my computer to do today what it did last week in the same way it did it last week. The constant needless changes to corporate Web sites is irritating enough without changing how my computer works. My job demands that I stay current in my field, and the last thing I need is to have to learn new software every time I turn around. Tools that take time away from productive work aren't tools; they're nuisances that interfere with productivity. I've purchased a license for Lion, which does what I need it to do without wasting my time figuring out how to do what I knew how to do before all these other animals invaded my world and that all the software I spent thousands on works with. Changes and all these extras are for kids, who do nothing but play with technology. Macs were always known for their ease of use, but this constant software update eliminates that. If it weren't for AppleCare, the Mac advantage would no longer exist.

I refer to it occasionally for answers to questions over which I have some concern. Doing so always has been helpful. HGB

After finally switching over to Apple and a MacBook Pro from over 30 years of Windows PCs, this reference card has made the transition much easier. I like the fact that the card is rugged and laminated so you can easily take it on the road. Excellent purchase and high training value.

If you are smart and are dumping Windows, you'll need help sorting out the differences in the commands. I found this sheet to be a time-saver. I recommend it to everyone.

It is very good to have such a wide range of information in an equally handy format available for a new user to Mac OS X El Capitan.

Great for quickly looking up how to do something. Saves me from having to thumb through pages and index of my books to find some not often used item (and not often indexed). Well worth it. Need one now for my iPhone and iPad.

Good for what it is, although I would have liked more basic information on the uses of the system.
