Q: Can you get back the IP68 Certification Status (Waterproof) after installing the battery with this kit??

I honestly don't think so, it was so difficult to melt the original adhesive enough to get the back cover off, then in doing so it cracked my back cover and had to order a replacement. I cant imagine that it would have the waterproof seal after replacing the cover with the adhesive that came with it. At least my phone is working great again, and both the battery kit and replacement back cover was under $50 to replace/repair. Samsung wanted more than $200 just to replace the battery.
