Great for rehab work or strength training

I tried another generic band and sent it back. The band was so narrow, it hurt my hands to hold and stretch it. Therabands are made correctly, are wider, and give the proper amount of resistance.

They are durable and easy to use.

I'm a decades long Theraband user for adapted rehabilitative exercises. I had strengthened to the level of the gold Theraband and needed something with more resistance.It took me a while to get used to working with closed loop bands, but Theraband has good information on using closed loop bands on its website. These bands work well and give me more exercise options.For those of you who use the original Therabands, the red heavy duty resistance loop is equivalent to the gold original Theraband. I compared the descriptions on the Theraband website.

These are an important part of my home gym. I use them for both strength training and stretching. I prefer the continuous loop, no handles style of exercise band like these because I find them more versatile than the other types.

They r too tight to be used. May injure joints due to excessive pressure it puts on them

These bands are awesome and surprisingly strong and sturdy. I'm using these for knee and shoulder rehab. They can also be used for working out. I'm happy about the quality!

Terrible. Not for warm up. I bench 275 and can’t even band pull apart one. This is a perfect warm-up bands for somebody on steroids
