Works much better than expected
Completely surprised at how well this bonded and filled in the small defects. Cut down on sanding time. Excellent product.

This primer works very well, especially on a car or truck that is white.

Didn't apply as smoothly as I expected
Got this to do some minor body repairs. Received in good condition. Easy to apply but left a somewhat textured finish ( not sure why ) needed to sand smooth Been a month so far still looks good

Quality
I like that it comes in white and has really good coverage. Downfall is price but sometimes quality is worth extra.

Easy to use, applies fast, quick dry
Rust-Oleum 286793-6PK Automotive Universal Bonding Primer Spray, 12 oz, Flat White This is a BONDING Primer Spray. This is for surfaces that have not been prepped for paint before and will help the paint bond to the surface. One NOTE: The spray pattern is not large, rather small and it delivers a little over average amount of primer when spraying. So do a test piece to be aware of how to apply this. I went back to wet sand but this primer applies very smooth. It did not require wet sanding to smooth the primer. Wet sanding may be needed to smooth other irregularities but not for the primer itself. learn how to apply this, when first applied it can easily run happy with the results, RECOMMENDED I do not know the seller and did not receive anything for my random review 240407 2339

Excellent and complete adhesion
Excellent coverage onto plastic. Used it for priming the grille doing a chrome delete on my Tahoe. I love the way it covered the whole thing up quickly. With the right temperature it dries pretty quick too. I even light sanded it as it can spray a little too rough in some spots. I would recommend this product as it is very productive

Just love the product ! Great for undercarriage /chassis protective painting.

Wrong color, doesn’t cover well
Description said flat grey, and I received white. Really doesn’t matter much, but I did want grey. Also, it didn’t seem to cover as well as other primers. I had to use several coats when typically a single coat of other rust oleum primers does the job.
