Bought this because I love Artisanal. The non stick coating was cut shorter on the rim on several places. Very poor quality. Wanted to replace it but there is none available. This was probably returned or damaged by someone else. Very poor. Afraid to wash it now in case it flakes off.

We ordered a second, identical pan as we sometimes have large cooking projects; however, this one was made in China and the first one was made in the USA. I was not expecting the switch as there is no quality control in Chinese goods and I am apprehensive that the new one won't hold out as well as the original, year-older version. We shall have to see.
