A good introduction to CE
A good introduction to CE, but very light on the technical details. As advertised, it serves as a good introduction for non-technical people. Coming from telecomms background myself, I found it useful in explaining the progression/history of networks from leased lines to CE. It also explained some of the CE terms I had heard but not understood.
