I just got this earlier today and I do like it. I would give it five stars if not for the price. The item itself feels like something that you would find in a bargain store for a much cheaper price. For mine the USB-C charging port wasn’t fully aligned with the port opening so it was a little difficult to plug in the charging cable. I don’t expect it to last to much longer. Now for the good. I have a few face coverings that does get a little uncomfortable to breath through specifically in hot weather. This make resolved that inconvenience for me. There is a little piece of paper within the box that does mention that this is a non medical grade mask as one reviewer mentions however I would not go as far as labeling this as a novelty mask since expects says a cloth face covering can protect you from Corvus-19 and numerous companies including Hanes are now making cloth mask that supposed to be safe. Overall this is a good product that I feel comfortable wearing outdoors during this pandemic however the price is the biggest let down.

The product came quick (though untracked) and has reasonably nice packaging, was bundled with 5 small filters (~ quarter sized), a carrying drawstring pouch, micro-usb cable and the mask & fan module. It certainly helps with mask humidity, but that's about all it has going for it, the fan blows more on your cheek than anywhere else. There were no instructions included, they aren't really necessary (hold to turn on tap to change speed), but it's not immediately clear how to install the filters, the black mesh on the outside pops off and the filters go there, orientation probably shouldn't matter. The fan has two speeds, but under both speeds, the fan makes a whine on breaths out, this might be stopped if it had a one way valve. Overall, it's reasonably quiet, but being heard while talking on the high speed could be a problem. I haven't done a drain test, but the battery lasts at least an hour on high. The nose pinch is lackluster, it's on the inner filter layer, not the black fabric layer. It seems likely that this inner filter layer, and it's metal nose pinch and foam, is likely to degrade in condition with time, and it isn't clear if it's replaceable. It's worth mentioning that the product has a sheet included with it that does clearly label the inner mask filter as non-medical grade. Also forced air masks, like this one, are likely to have their filters saturate quicker than a manual respirator.

Bought my mask the beginning of 2023. I got tired of burning through plain masks and their inefficiency. It's still fully functional today. It came with what was indicated in the packaging. I find that most people don't know how to handle and/or care for "DELICATE SMALL ELECTRONIC DEVICES". This isn't your construction jobsite-type mask, so if you treat as such life expectancy will be very short.

I was really excited when I saw this because sometimes masks get hot especially here in Arizona. This new invention mask that has a battery operated respirator (which is basically a small motor that blows outside air through a N95 mask... is brilliant!!!! Unfortunately after four and a half hours the motor seized and had a burning rubber/plastic smell, and was not operational even though the green light was constantly on. In my opinion the motor is not powerful enough, and there is barely any additional air flow. I think it's overpriced and has a lot of Kinks that need to be work out. As far as comfort is concerned, I found it annoying! It always wanted to fall downward which applied and unwanted pressure on my nose. I think if my ears were higher the mask may have fit better. The straps don't wrap around my head in the correct placement in order for the mask to be held up properly. Unfortunately there is absolutely no adjustment for this either. I tried using my hair clip, but nothing helped. I think the idea is fantastic, but there are issues that need to be addressed. If the mask actually worked as it indicated I would have no problem with the purchasing price.

I was hesitant to buy this because of some of the reviews,, but I really like it. We are no longer able to wear face shields at work and I just can't breathe in a regular mask. This blows the air right under my nose. I'm happy with it. The only bad thing is, the battery only lasts for 5 hours on low. Wish I could buy an additional battery for it

The photo in the picture doesn’t do it justice; I was expected a rather flimsy mask, but that’s not at all what I received. The mask is clearly made to be re-washed/re-used and the comfort factor in breathability is something else. I’m sure, if it wasn’t for the strap securing behind my head and the nose piece conformed around my nose (which is also exceptionally soft and cool on contact), I would forget I was wearing a mask at all. There’s almost no resemblance to my old mask, as far as how much the filter would suction to my face with each breath. Additionally, with as many luxurious aspects to this mask, the quality of the filtered air is also an aspect I pour over meticulously, when deciding on a mask; this one also happens to deliver on that..

The fan is too noisy and does practically nothing. The smallest amount of air is pulled in through the fan. There is no setting for it reverse and pull hot exhaled air out of the mask. It has an annoying bright light that’s quite visible when it’s turned on.

Not fitting in my face and weak air blower

At first I was trying to find something to help me breath better and stop my throat from swelling up all the time from my work place which is covered in dust from time to time and I am allergic to dust specially known as common house dust as well and from the warehouse I work in or even at home. So I’ve been looking and looking for some kind of mask thing to help with that then I thought to myself what if anywhere has a face mask that can help so I looked again and then searched on Amazon for something then I’ve found something I thought would help or at least I gave it a try and not expensive as I thought since it has a air purifier on it because normally the normal big one are expensive but this one is not and the spare parts to the air filters and the lining wasn’t either and I thought brilliant so purchase one of each and opened it and it’s not that big and u can adjust the strap at the back cuz it’s Velcro so charged it for the 5-6 hours it says and it lasts to seven and a half hours per day and that does depend if u turn it off and back on when u take ur break then it will last a bit longer. Went to work tryed it and I swear I breathed a lot better then I had done in years since I had my allergy and my throat wasn’t up and hurting wot so ever. but there is one down side of a person has perfume on and ur allergic to that perfume then try to find something to cover the air purifier just a bit or just walk away from the person cuz the air purifier sucks in the air and u can smell ever smell around u and u can’t escape from it especially for me when I work with customers that have the most stinky perfume ever. but other then that I can breath better and my allergies don’t take there toll on me. Ps. If anyone has an allergy to common dust or mould spores then it’s good to get this. Thts if u want to. So for allergy sufferers good luck in finding wot u need and I hoping it will help u as it has done for me .

I was able to wear this mask for 5.5 hours straight thanks to its active fan helping me get fresh air to my mouth and nose. I struggle to wear a normal mask for more than 15 minutes before feeling dizzy and unwell. However, I did have to make a modification to improve comfort - a band of elastic over the top of my head attached to the straps that go over the ears. This eased the pressure on the top of my ears and also lifted the mask slightly, easing the pressure on my nose. Pressure and soreness on the bridge of my nose was still a problem with long term use, however. I hope this can be improved in future versions of this product. The motor driving the fan emits a slight wining noise, but this is unnoticable amid the ambiant noise of a train or plane. I was dissapointed the HEPA filter was not medical grade. It really ought to be I think.
