This reliably prevents painful gas the following day caused by eating vegetables like broccoli. I have used it probably 5 times already and each time it worked, save for one time where it only partially worked because I ate too much. The next day I ate the same amount, tripled my dosage (3 pills instead of 1), and it worked 100%. This is a life saver for people who like to load up on fiber-filled vegetables to lose weight! Also significantly cheaper than brand name beano.

I use these fairly regularly, any time I eat something, well, possibly gassy. Works great for me. I used to buy the huge bottle of 300 or 500 count, but honestly I couldn't use them before they expired, so I think this bottle of 150 is perfect for me. No taste. Really small capsules. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Same as Beano. And it works if I remember to take it just before certain meals.

Helps my recent difficulties digesting starches. I mean really helps. No more cramps, discomfort, and feeling the need to isolate. I think it is just as good and effective as Beano but I can afford to come back to by the bottle of 500 to buy in case of a climate emergency.
