Had a little trouble with delivery and think the box opened and was repacked by shipper, not well, but stool parts were in great shape, no dings and was easy to assemble and looks great!

Appearance is beautiful. Feels strong. 250# capacity. Shipped very quickly. Not a scratch. Fits well in our 2½'x5' walking shower.Would definitely buy it again.

3 years ownership, and I still love this beautiful and sturdy stool. I have it in my bath for a sit-down shower like they do in Japan. I only wish the legs were capped with a clear foot. The black foot leaves scuffs in the bath. They clean up with cleanser, but I’d rather there not be that need. I’d purchase a replacement if it had clear feet.

Very easy to assemble, nice fit. Was going to put it in the RV shower but it looks like the wife is keeping it in the house shower.

Simple put this is the best piece of furniture that I have ever owned. It is heavy duty, well built, comfortable and extremely durable. What other piece of furniture can get wet every day, used every day and never taken care of and still look like it did day one. The only thing wrong with this chair after seven years is that it that it has soap scum on it because I never take care of it. I would highly recommend this shower seat it is worth the money!

wow...i purchased this as a "warehouse deal" expecting it to need some repair. It came already assembled and appears very sturdy and solid. The joints all seem sound with no weak spots! The wood is beautiful too.This brand is very high quality, I am super happy.(I cannot speak to the "suction power?) as I have not installed it but I don't really see any suction cups anywhere, the legs have adjustable feet that can unscrew to level in shower though.

Update after 3 months of use - all three corners have separated (looks like they were glued together). The wood on two sections is splitting (not at a seam) and you can see where water has seeped into the wood. I had to take it out of the shower because it STINKS! Complete waste of money!Update: after less than two months one corner is starting to separate and you can see the glue that was holding it together. I looked at the one I had in the shower for 4 years (now outside) and all corners are in tact. Very disappointed. At this price this shouldn’t happen!This is the second stool like this I’ve purchased. The first one lasted about 4 years with two showers per day before it started to get a strong mildew smell to it. This one is very nice, no assembly required. Works perfect in the corner in my small shower doe shampoo, etc and to shave legs. Hope it stands up well!
