Great product, high quality and easy to install
Great product. Very straightforward to install and a real timesaver over traditional unpainted material.*One tip: color in the uncolored edges with a black sharpee for a more put together, professional look.

Boards are falling from the wall, many boards came damaged
The media could not be loaded. I bought 4 boxes of this product to do an accent wall, more than 11 boards came damage during shipping. The packaging comes with plastic corner protection that is so hard that actually will damage the corners.Also after a few nights, boards started falling down since the glue won’t adhere to the wall. This is on a new construction, so the walls are clean and free of any pollutants.I reached out to the manufacturer and they won’t refund since I didn’t ship back a box of damaged boards, since we didn’t have neither the package nor the damaged boards (trashed)

Excellent Customer Service
We purchased 4 cartons of black shiplap. The planks are beautiful. We had some issues with the adhesive on the planks causing some unnecessary grief with project. I reached out to the seller/ manufacturer and they were extremely helpful in making it right with us. I cannot speak highly enough of their support in helping get us back on track with on project.
