I bought the Jawzrsize Pop ‘N Go to add a little extra exercise for my jaw and neck, and I’m really impressed. It’s easy to use, feels satisfying to pop and chew, and I can already notice a bit more definition in my jawline after consistent use. The device is sturdy, portable, and simple to clean. I love that I can use it while watching TV or even at my desk. It’s a fun way to add a new kind of workout without taking extra time out of your day. Great design. Works all of the facial muscles. I bite with my mouth wide throughout the exercise (insert teethy emoji) for maximum benefit. Many foods in the USA are soft and hyper-palatable and this does well without me having to chew a lot of nuts and veggies.

I bought the Beginner Strength product. Chewed through it in less than a week. I suppose that means I should have gotten the Intermediate or Advanced product. I'm not sure about the durability of these things, especially at this price. It works though.

I just purchased my 4rth one of these (over like 3-4 years), if you have strong teeth with a modestly sharp edge on any of your front teeth, like me, then you will probably chew through this item in a few months, maybe less. I just get the advanced pop n go, as it last longest for me. It will work well while it lasts, and you will likely get some nice compliments, as well as better blood flow, definition, bone density and stress relief in your face. I wish they could thicken up or reinforce the contact points with the user's teeth, and release a new model for us 'chew-throughers'; I'm not the only one who has this problem.

I really wanted to like this product, but it was a complete letdown. The material is extremely rigid — even the lightest level is so hard that I can’t bend it with my fingers, let alone use it the way it’s advertised. There’s also no clear explanation or guidance on how it’s supposed to work, and to make it worse, the item is non-returnable. It honestly feels like a money-grab product. Save yourself the frustration — don’t waste your time or money on this.

Had decent resistance and it's convenient. Gives a decent workout. It does have a squeek when doing jaw workout due to teeth but I can ignore it.
