Printed instructions included with product indicates Article Number 04914820 is a 2.0 GPM, NOT 2.5 GPM Thermal cartridge had to be replaced (would not let enough hot water through regardless of settings). Raindance E head blew apart 3rd use Hose blew out of swedged fitting going into hand held head after about 20 uses Customer service, expect 45+ min. wait time, then 20 min. processing. Replacement parts back ordered - month long wait times I bought this based on my older equipment by hansgrohe; quality has gone to hell since selling company to others.

This is an elegant set of bathroom shower/tub fixtures by hansgrohe, a German-designed and manufactured producer of top quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Everything necessary to install the plumbing for a shower is included in this kit. There's the rough-in box, the trim kit which includes the cartridge for the valve, the rainshower showerhead, a handshower, handshower bar, handshower connector box and shower arm. This is an elegantly attractive set of contemporary fixtures and purchased together as a set it also constitutes somewhat of a bargain. As I calculate it, the cost of these items purchased separately on Amazon (as cheap a source as any) is over $1400 and perhaps more, but almost certainly no less (I can't find exact matches on Amazon for every item in the list). The Croma Select E 12-inch rainshower head and the Showerselect E trim set are probably the fanciest parts of the set. The rainshower head is huge and beautiful--and $440 all by itself. The Showerselect trim set is modern, understated and elegant. hansgrohe is the Mercedes of German plumbing fixture design. Though recently purchased by Masco, the American building products conglomerate, hansgrohe remains designed (and its mid and top level trims manufactured) in Germany. Warranty is lifetime to the original owner. This is a lifetime shower set. You will not go wrong with it--but you need the right shower to put it in. It's not a set of fixtures you are likely to want to use in a fiberglass shower enclosure....

Being home has given us ample time to give our home some upgrade love and this one is probably our favorite. This shower system looks and feels like something that would be in a 5 star hotel and we love that we have it in our master bathroom now. Hubby was able to install it pretty easily and it looks great with wonderful pressure and most importantly, a sprayer for overall functionality, which is important for people with accessibility priorities to note. Very worth it and we love it!

Just an engineer posting for those wondering: can the flow restrictors be removed from this hansgrohe Raindance shower system? ANSWER: YES ! I found instructions on you tube. It is a fairly easy modification to make And noting, this is a great shower system but it is even more great after you remove the flow restrictors

Everything you need to upgrade or build a fabulous shower system is in this box. The workmanship on every item is amazing and will last a lifetime. Hansgrohe is a brand I've only recently become familiar with and it’s made me wish I’d been buying their products all along. Buying this system is a major deal. It would cost far more to buy the pieces individually and by purchasing it this way you’re getting things that work well together. Everything is beautiful and immediately adds elegance to your shower. The instructions recommend professional installation but my husband has some plumbing knowledge and since we’d already remodeled one shower we handled this one just fine. I really like the trim kit. It looks cool and makes it easy to control the temperature and divert the water between the shower head and hand shower. The shower head is a large square shape and produces a wonderful rainfall pattern that is refreshing and energizing. The hand shower has three spray patterns that are accommodating if you just want to relax or if you need to wake up in the morning. I really appreciate the hose being solid rather than the kinky type that always ends up pinching me somehow. It also looks so much nicer that way. The bar let’s you adjust the height of the wand so it’s at the right height for anyone. Everything about this system is top notch. It’s like having all the work done for you when choosing your shower equipment. I think anyone could benefit from such great products and how much they elevate your shower experience.
