These are one of the best protein bars I’ve found taste and texture wise. They stand up well so I can keep one in my purse so I have one when I’m the go. Clean ingredients. Just the right amount of sweetness containing just stevia. No hidden sugars or artificial sweeteners. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip are my favorite so far. The Almond Chocolate Chip tastes off to me and the Chocolate Sea Salt left a tingly feeling in my mouth yet none of the ingredients should have caused any reactions. Weird.

THESE ARE MY FAVORITE protein bars of all time. Been vegan/vegetarian for 25 years. I tried them all. They are fresh and have this nice bit of crunch with bits of chocolate. Perfect balance between salt and savory. They are not very sweet- which I personally love. It’s like a meal. I feel full and alert for hours after I eat one. One of the things that surprised me most was how clear-headed I was after eating it. It has adaptogens, and this is the first time I can say that I felt a difference from them being added to food. Protein content is great. I can’t say enough about these. I would give them 10 stars! *If you’re looking for something to taste like overly sweet dessert, these are not it.

These bars are great. Ingredients are simple and clean. Macros are great with enough protein to justify it as a supplement for strength training or just a filling snack that isn't going to trash your diet. Just 1g of sugar is amazing too - I hate protein bars that are really candy bars in disguise. Taste is delicious (I love peanut butter), and texture is soft without any stickiness or toughness (some protein bars have made me lose crowns off my teeth, so this is important!). They survived the hot Texas heat just fine and arrived at my house in perfect shape. Best of all, they are very affordable compared to other bars on the market. Oh and my two year old son loves them too and I don't feel bad about letting him have some. 10/10 would buy again!

My wife loves them. I think they’re preeetty expensive but I’m sure somebody would say, “well lions mane adaptogen and flavonoids aren’t exactly cheap,” and they’re probably right. To me, they sort of remind me of those Lara bars that are named after rich dessert flavors but are still made with healthy ingredients and you can tell. Not that they are bad at all, they just don’t taste much like “chocolate peanut butter,” or whatever else. The “chips” don’t really have chocolate chip texture, but it sort of all comes together to be enjoyable enough. Also just like those other bars, these are priced around $2 per bar, even when you buy a whole box. However, the first day I ate one of these for breakfast, I got pretty dialed in (focused) on what I was doing at work that day AND I only drank one cup of coffee over four or five hours (which is few for me). My wife liked them enough that she wanted to try another flavor on the re-up.

The peanut butter flavor is legit, and the little chocolate chips make it feel like a treat without all the sugar. A lot of protein bars taste chalky or weirdly artificial, but these are actually good. The biggest thing for me is that they help keep my cravings in check, especially at night. Instead of reaching for something sugary, I’ll have one of these, and it totally satisfies me. Plus, 12g of plant protein and only 1g of sugar. ✔ Tastes great without being too sweet ✔ Actually filling – doesn’t leave me hungry an hour later ✔ Super clean ingredients with no weird aftertaste ✔ Perfect for on-the-go, workouts, or just when I need a quick bite I’ve tried a lot of protein bars, and these are hands down one of the best. These "Peanut Butter Chip" IQ Bars are probably the best protein bars I've found: moderate calories, manageable fat content, high protein, high fiber, no added sugar. Good chewiness and the taste is fine; not so good that you're tempted to gorge on them like they were peanut butter cups. If they just left out the cocoa butter and/or the coconut oil (not a great oil) to reduce the fat a little more, as well as the stevia (who needs it?) and the vitamin E (correlates with some cancers!), then they would be perfect. But they're better than many other protein bars that are loaded with sugar or erythritol, so I continue to buy these regularly; I'd buy even more if they dropped the above unnecessary/unhealthy ingredients. I would give these 4.5 stars but am rounding up.

I only rated these 3 stars, because of my preference in bar consistency. The taste is good, but I prefer a crunchier bar. This bar reminds me of uncooked cookie dough. If you enjoy a chewy bar, add a star to the review. If, like me, you prefer a crunchier bar, I stand by my rating of a 3. These bars provide a good amount of protein and have decent ingredients.

I find them strange. They dont really feel me up and dont really taste good. I just dont really like them personally.
