Yes the bass is overpowering but I prefer that. This speakers sound quality is amazing. Battery life is better then any other Bluetooth speakers I have owned. I use this speaker every day. Have had it for over a year and it still works like new. I totally recommend this speaker to anyone that loves to jam out.

I love this little powerful guy!!!Sound is AWESOME!! It has a nice bass sound (deeper but not SUPER deep bass) with a crisp vocal output.It doesn't seem to matter what kind of music you like, it'll sound good!Battery life is great. I am the type of person to have music going literally the entire time I'm home (starting at 6:30am) and of course there are times it is not on but I only have to charge it every 3 days or so...My other JBL (GO 2) has way less battery life so I am VERY happy with this speaker!!My specific order came with the carrying case also and that thing is a LIFE SAVER!!All the way around a phenomenal purchase and STILL recommend to anyone that's asking about a smaller yet powerful speaker!!

Perfect Sound

I love the JBL portable Bluetooth speakers. Great brand. Reliable. Deep bass. Sounds even better than the charge 3. However the battery life is not as strong as my charge 3. Not sure what’s up with that but not that big of a deal considering it lasts several hours of enjoyment. Cool aqua color matches my decor. Solid pick well worth the dough, plenty of Bluetooth junk out there...JBL is no Junk.

I have friends and family with JBL products so I knew the quality was good. I caught this on sale so I thought I would try it. I use it on my boat and in my garage, the sound quality is great. I'm really impressed with the bluetooth range as well.
