My shower head is attached to a flexible hose, wilk this attach to that?

Hello, Yes, as long as the thread size matches. You'd be lifting the shower head and the filter when you used it, a bit heavy. Best Regards

I know it says it will fit all showers but my shower looks very different to the picture. Im in ireland, anyone have success with irish showers?

Based in Ireland, fixed it to the bottom of a Triton shower

What are actual dimensions of the filter? Max width max height

This unit is 115mm high ,82mm wide.

How long lasting the shower filter ?

Hello, The shower filter cartridge is designed to last up to 6 months or 10,000 gallons of use, whichever comes first. If you have a lot of people using the shower or take long showers, then this time may be reduced. Best Regards
