IronMind Rolling Thunder Revolving Deadlift Handle

Showed up five days late, but totally worth the wait!

It is mostly what I expected, except thought the black rotating sleeve was going to be powder coated metal it is not, it is a fairly smooth plastic. which makes it that much harder to get a grip on. It is high quality and am sure will out live me, the main reason chose it instead of other similar products, is cause i am training to certify on the Ironmind Crushed to Dust Challenge and will need it to do so, so if you don't plan on doing that I am sure there are other more budget friendly options out there that will do the same job. that being said most of the others I looked at weren't that much cheaper and Ironmind is known for its consistency and quality products.

There is a 1/8'' gap between the handle and the side stopper. Supprising for something that expensive.:-(

I usually do not take time to rate products but it is necessary I do so for this. Never did I imagine I would love this thing so much. I started with 1 and then realized how beneficial it was so I ordered a 2nd. It will torture you. It will humble you. It will inflict great pain and failure, and you will love it. I use them during every workout now. Assuming you have a way to attach it like a climbing sling and a carabiner, it is easy to hook up to any bar or cable machine to enhance any exercise and make you love to hate it. Just do it....

Handle functions great. I think it's main function is to make you feel like a total wimp as you are humbled by the pathetic amount of weight you can lift with it.
