These freeze dried raspeberries are expensive but worth it. They taste really nice. Good quality, although it is a bit messy and colour is everywhere. So far, it does not mess on baking so colour does not spread on cakes. Have to use 1-2 tablespoons on each cake. But tastes very very nice.

Great quality freeze dried raspberries. Exactly what I needed for the lemon raspberry shortbread I was making. I didn’t need much for the recipe so went for this as it was the smallest quantity I could find. The bag is much bigger than I thought so I’ve got more than enough to make again or try something else. Great value for money.

These have a strong flavour so you don't need much, I originally bought these to add to porridge but have recently used them in a white chocolate and rasberry cheesecake I made and it turned out great.

I am very impressed with this, especially for the price. The bag is larger than expected, and the quality of the freeze dried raspberries are fantastic. The taste packs a punch, perfect for bakes.

A present for a keen cook - said they were great additions to cookies, brownies, scones etc. would buy again
