Quinn's Fins 5 Assorted Hi-Fin Platy- Live Tropical Fish

Normally I would choose Finns as a place to go for shopping for live fish on line. In the past I’ve been extremely pleased with my orders.This shipment was 2orders of 5 fish. So, 10 little fish total. I’m pleased with the 7 live fish. But 3 were dead upon arrival. The thing that made me the most concerned was that I was unable to contact anyone for help. I would have been happy to report the loss and I did have pictures. I’m just sorry that I couldn’t get replacements. I really wanted 10 fish because I was going to share the fish with my Son.

So i made to purchases of these guys, and this is my second review with out standing beautiful fish. All alive and healthy.But I got one that I was perticularly happy becouse From most of them he stood out the most so I was really happy but he had died with in 24 hours of arrival so I thought nothing of it, then I noticed one of the other fish start to stay at the bottom by himself(I had to gender them myself) from the second order of fish. And I noticed his fins where tattered and sorta short for a high fin. So I watched him over the past few days and he passed Sunday sadly but during the watching period I had noticed his fins slowly rotting away so I assume he somehow got fin rot between. In the tank for selling and getting to my home. So I ordered medicine to hopefully catch it before it was to late, but sadly for him it was. And I'm now working on cycling through the tank antibiotics to remove any and all illnesses that might have spread before I lose any more. But all but that one was healthy and active, plus my surprise with the first order has now taken residence of my original tank until they are no longer bite sized.. I do plan to breed what of the females I do have later on, so that I could keep them generationally like I plan to for my male Betta they live with. Becouse I love them and they all have their own names as well, but I'll have to remove a few names from my list of platys due to the loss of Kevin (my little orange minion) and captain spec(from the movie home), couse of their loses. But I look forward to gendering and naming my 25 and counting newborns I got with my frist set of platys.Love them I do recommend though a note to the seller, just in case do treat your tanks Incase you somehow have fun rott lingering in them. Thank you so much. I love all my aquatic babes that iv gotten from these guys and iv never bin disappointed once and in the future I will be getting more from quin's fins.

Despite being delayed due to unexpected flash floods and severe wind storms by a few hours they were all alive and thriving. once acclimated I tried a tiny amount of food and they immediately took to eating and were very hungry. The following day they are all blending in with other fish like nothing happened.

The media could not be loaded.  After they were acclimated i put them in the tank and they immediately began swimming all over the tank and they look very happy ! I Also believe one is pregnant so thats a bonus on top of the fry I already have

All these fish arrived alive and healthy. They are cute orange 🍊 beauties, some with black speckles. I even got six fish instead of five. However, I took off one star cause the price. I can go to my local pet store and get the same type of fish for a fraction of the price and get a variety of colors. For that reason I probably won’t order these again, but I’m happy with the ones I got.
