I've been looking for ways to increase my protein and add some crunch to my life. I found these & decided to give them a shot. So far I've only added them into my yogurts; however, they add the perfect amount of crunch without being high in calories or fat. These do not have much of a flavor, which is something I was L looking for - that way they could be incorporated into various foods and not alter the taste. These do just that.

I tried making traditional Indian bhel puri/puffed rice masala with these and they tasted great. My only concern is it says not FDA approved so not sure if I should add it to my daily diet yet. Otherwise fantastic option for vegans/vegetarians!Yet to check the glucose level after this snack, will update the review when I check it.

I bought this product to add to my homemade granola as I have done with another pea protein product that I can no longer find. I hindsight, I wish I had returned the product, but I trusted and hoped that it was just a matter of my palate adjusting to the taste. If anyone wants my almost full bag, let me know, I would be glad to see this food product eaten and enjoyed by someone, I don't want to throw it away.Sorry to be so harsh, but this is my experience.

Surprisingly tasty mixed in with other foods. Works really well if you toast the pellets in the oven for a few minutes with a light spray of oil for savory applications. Used these in making homemade protein bars and everyone seemed to enjoy them. Great way to get extra protein without using powders.

Cheaper per gram of protein than most protein powder. It tastes like whatever you put on it. I make protein bars, crackers, put it in salad, pasta, anything you want crunch and extra protein. It’s great.

Normalmente compro otra marca de este mismo producto pero no tenían en existencia, así que decidí comprar estos sin embargo el sabor a chicharo es muy muy fuerte lo he consumido con leche, frutas y nada ayuda, en mi caso estoy acostumbrada a este tipo de productos sin embargo aún me es complicado consumirlas creo que si no estas muy acostumbrado debes saber esto que quizá no es opción y si consumes este producto de otras marcas quizá es bueno que sepas que encontraras un producto con sabor muy fuerte, en mi caso solo lo compraría nuevamente si ellos trabajan con el sabor de algún modo o si no encuentro otra alternativa.

I use this as an inexpensive way to add protein and fiber to cereal in the morning, making a really quick and nutritious breakfast. I cannot use soy products as they inhibit the absorption of my thyroid medication so I'm very happy that this product exists and I will continue to buy it as long as it is available and doesn't become unaffordable.

I LOVE THESE! SO SAD THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THEM ANYMORE. HOPE THEY WILL BE BACK SOON!
