Good emulsifier but pricy..
Good product but a bit pricy for the amount of goods received. I used them all and satisfy with the cake I made using this product. My cake was soft, tender and bloom just like flowers..I will recommend this product.

It's okay
It's works okay, nothing amazing. Hard to find SP here though. The price seems to fluctuate wildly though. Enough for 2 sponge cakes.
