Great for garden bbqs to minimise waste good sturdy product

I've read a lot of reviews of various can and bottle crushers. To be honest a lot of them are unfair - people expect them to crush sturdy food cans when really they're just meant for flimsy drinks cans. I bought this one because the title said it would do 500ml bottles too. It doesn't though. The bottles just do not fit, the product name is a lie and I have returned it.

Only does thin tins, can’t crush bake beans tins or anything sturdier tins.

After a small amount of use the rubber pad on the base came off, meaning the cans slide about and need holding in place whilst crushing. The design of the kit is such that a return pressing runs down each side of the upright, and this traps some cans after crushing. The handle does not remain in the upright position and needs to be retained with one hand making operation slow and awkward. Construction is quite sturdy apart from faults listed.

Very disappointed with product. I bought this as an upgrade from a cheaper product because the handle bent.The rivets snapped on this on the second ‘Pepsi Max’ can!!!!

This product is OK for drink cans but unable to crush dog food tins which is a disappointment as this is what I bought it mainly for

L'articolo è arrivato normalmente e con l'involucro intatto.Quando o aperto il pacco o notato che la lamiera della parte alta era piegata per tanto ritengo che la qualita del materiale è molto scarsa, in oltre nella descrizone del prodotto non viene specificato che la bottiglia che può essere schiacciata e quella piccola per tanto l'acquirente non viene informato di questo e pensa come o pensato io che sia per la grande perché in casa si usano le bottiglie grandi e non le piccole.

Sólo lo he probado con latas de refresco y botellas pequeñas de plástico, de momento funciona muy bien y se ve resistente.

De momento nada que objetar. Cumple con su cometido!
