KEEN Women's K-30 High Outdoor Footbed Insole

These insoles are ridiculously expensive and equally comfortable for HIGH arches. I swapped these out for my Eddie Bauer hiking boot inserts (good - but not nearly high enough for my feet) and was ready to take on 10 miles of trails. These are not "cushy" as some other inserts are, but the arch is soooooo nice. It is almost as supportive as the arches in Aetrex shoes, which are heavenly high arched. Happy hiking! :)

I have a pair of Keen Hiking boots I bought a couple of years ago. They are in great shape, but I felt I needed to replace the inserts. I sighed heavily about the price, but bought them anyway. We have now hit about 15 miles, so I thought you should know they work great. Love the extra arch support, which seems to take a bit of pressure off my heel spurs. My only suggestion is to use the existing inserts as a template. Mark where you want to cut before you jump in. I cut the tip just a hair short on one side. It does not impact much, but I was annoyed with myself.

I have Keen hiking shoes, and I love them. I wore down the inserts to a point I could hardly walk after a long day. New inserts, made the shoes like new! Love these boots, and the inserts for my high instep make all the difference.

I've tried all kinds of inserts and "high arch" shoes. These are the best ones other than my prescription orthotics. Obviously they work best for the keen shoes but they also work well in my other shoe brands. Really great value.

Not as much arch support as I expected.

Bought to replace existing insoles. These are comparable to existing ones with a little more arch support. Not magic, but brings shoes back to brand new fit. They are a bit pricey, but I didn’t want to replace shoes that were otherwise still in good condition.

High quality supportive insoles. True to size. Definitely an improvement over standard insoles that came with my lower priced Keens. As I get older I’ve learned that extra support is a game changer.

So I was skeptical that these would make the shoes like brand new as stated by some of the other reviews. I was wrong! These did exactly that. I have really high arches and it’s hard to find comfortable shoes and insoles. After my dog ate my insoles for my Keens I thought they were done for but these were much better than I expected and my shoes fit better than new! I’ve bought two more sets

These were easy to trim for my work boots. They are super comfortable AND my plantar fibroma has disappeared.
